We stayed 3 nights last month. No one told us at check in or anytime that we wouldn't have any housekeeping. I think they should let you know that when you check in or have signs in your room. They do not leave any extra towels or soap or anything. They also don't tell you that the cafe is only open nights on the weekends. They close early afternoon every other day which they also didn't have a sign about that. We went to Ruth Chris and was told about a 2 hour wait. One night even Uno in the food court was closed so you only had 2 choices to pick from. Really sad not to have really any dinning choices. Did not see people cleaning machines at all the whole 4 days we were there. Also trying to get our car out of valet took a very long time well over 45 minutes and people asked to get their own cars and were told no. A lot of people got their cars before they got their luggage I was so thankful for once we took our bags down ourselves. So if it took you over 45 minutes to get car just think how long to get luggage. First time my husband had been there I've spent one night before over 2 years ago really don't see us going again.…
We had the most wonderful time here at Harrahs. The hotel is immaculate! We were given a beautiful suite with jacuzzi and an awesome view of the mountains. The staff members are seasonal employees and well trained in hospitality. We will definitely come back.
All I can say, is I am counting down the days until the new casino in Kings Mountain. Google it if you have not heard. But Cherokee has gotten way to tight. No slot play time. Very few new slots. Just horrible!! Will never go back. Will give the new one a try. But Reno and Vegas are by AR t H e best. I don't expect to win, but m do expect some play time. Greedy Indians. Never again!!!
Really bad customer service, nobody cares. The food is overpriced. Dirty swimming pool. Valet take 30 minutes to get your car.no amenities in the rooms. Breakfast not included. Why stay here? Only for the casino. You better stay in the inn across the road and walk to the casino.
Beautiful hotel and casino....my only complaint is no water or coffee in the rooms....this is not vegas 😉...all eateries are very far from rooms...the least they could do is provide water...the hotel and the grounds are absolutely beautiful not your typical casino /hotel...
