We camped here four nights in our travel trailer. We missed being here over a weekend so it was not too crowded. It is a bit out of town and the road is winding and somewhat narrow. It is totally within reasonable to drive your travel trailer here as long as you pay close attention and drive probably a bit...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and for staying with us during your recent visit to the Cherokee area. We do have limited cell phone service at our park, due to our location near the mountains. Many of guests enjoy this aspect though, as it allows them to 'disconnect' and enjoy nature. We do appreciate...

The campground is located far from town. There is no phone or internet that we could find. Staff is friendly and helpful but they will try to stick you in an undesirable site the first time around to see if you will take it and you will have to go back to request a better site. We saw that happen...

Yogi in the smokies is a great property for vacationing with your family. Many family reunion vacations happen there every time I go. The river that runs through the camp is great for tubing or fishing. The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful. If I rated on those aspects alone I would give it a five star...

We checked into this KOA campground the last weekend of October 2015. From the entrance it was obvious the entire campground was developed for Families with children. The owner and his wife were very pleasant. We parked right at the river. The sound of the river at night made for true relaxation. The Saturday afternoon Trick and Treat Hay Ride...

The campground is pleasant. Lots of amenities. However, the staff messed up several of our registrations. We had to register as a group under one name to get a group discount. My daughter lost her registration when one of the other reservations was cancelled. The stay was for a family reunion and she had to stay in town at a...

We are so glad you enjoyed the campground and amenities. In response to the reservation mix-up, as I explained to you and showed you in all of the paperwork, the reservations were cancelled per the original person who made the reservations from your party. I had personally been working with the person who organized the reunion here at Yogi in...

Just spent ten days in one of the bigger cabins at Jellystone Park in Cherokee NC. We also had family members occupy two other cabins adjacent to ours. We had a blast! The Yogi theme was perfect for the kids and brought back my own childhood memories.
