Staff was great! They exceeded our expectations! However, the rooms and hallways could have used some renovations! The complimentary breakfast was hot and plentiful and very good. We will be staying here again.

It was a Great Room, Great Breakfast Bar, but I hate it when you think you have a RESERVATION for 3 Nights and only by checking up for another purpose did I find out I did not, was told by MGR on Duty that Property was over booked by 1 King, ie my room, However I could move to a Queen room but my rate of $123.50 per night would be $190.00 for the Friday night, claiming several reasons like Gambling Bus coming in and Season had started, If they were overbooked then how could they move me? The OLD BAIT & SWITCH Routine!! I have been a twice a year customer and sometimes more often at this property, it has a great location and The owners I have stayed with them since next door was their Holiday Inn and I was a kid with my parents and I be 60 my birthday. In all the years since this property was opened, only had one other problem and it was a bunch of females telling their prior nights details over breakfast. JUST IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION STAY ON TOP OF IT TILL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!! NEW MGR TEAM!! SPENT OVER A HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH HILTON CSR I was not the only one!!!

Clean spacious room, friendly personnel and the hot breakfast was the best in town!! Woke up every morning to a freshly prepared counter breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs and/or omelets as well as waffles, yogurt and assorted juices and coffee. I will stay here again just because of the breakfast alone, but everything about this place was great.

As I stated previously the device was poor our room was dirty. I cleaned it myself. And the outside doors did not lock. And the fact that I have to type 200 characters again is frankly too much. I stay at a Hampton every where I go and this is the first time I have been this dissatisfied

Very average Hampton Inn. No major issues, but we would not stay here again. In fact staying in Cherokee was a mistake. There is not much happening in this town. No wonder Gatlingburg is so popular. Hotel could use some renovating. Location was not the best; isolated with no good walking options to stores or restaurants.
