Bathtub drain did not work in the morning, and standing in shower water up to my ancles is not how I want to start my day. Tried the $6.50 continental breakfast, which is at best overpriced. First impression of this hotel is not good.More

I did an internet search for dog friendly hotels in Charlotte. I had moved to Charlotte a couple of days before and my dog had been shipped from Calif. I was pleasantly surprised when Four Points came up and the price was right.

Our first room was quite dirty and had hair left in many places. The manager quickly moved us across the hall to a clean room. Overall the stay was not bad once we got settled in the second time around.More
