Nice room. Extremely loud noise outside all night Saturday and some of Sunday. I had asked to be on the quiet side but was moved to the 15th floor. Saturday night it was boom boom disco band noise all night along with motorcycles and ambulances and even heard voices of people. Acoustics are terrible. No sleep Saturday night bc of...

Stayed here back in November when I was in town for the Packers football game. Beautiful hotel, great part of the city, near bars and restaurants, valet out front. The lobby smells like they're infusing chocolate chip cookies through the vents, loved it! Even received handwritten notes from the manager thanking me for my stay. Room was very spacious and...

I stayed here for business for just a couple nights. It's very nice, the beds are comfortable, tvs nice. The desks in the rooms are good and the bathrooms are first rate. However, the A/C in the room was pretty slow to respond. My biggest complaint is the price. First, the rooms are pretty expensive. Next, the wifi costs $10....

I have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The rooms, common areas and amenities are modern Ritz-grade. Central Uptown location is a plus. The downside is the cost -- this is an expensive property and the bar, although very good, charges sky-high, NY City-level prices. And no, the WiFi is not free; for the prices they charge, it...

This stay actually occured in March of 2015. I had planned a weekend getaway/bachelorette celebration for my bestfriend's wedding which ocurred in April of 2015. Upon arriving as I was the first to make it, I located the check-in desk and found very festive decor all around. There was a restaurant located off of the lobby which looked amazing as...

I try to visit the spa at the Ritz in Charlotte once a year to spend the day relaxing and to take advantage of all of the amenities. Two years ago, the experience was perfect in every way. Last year, it was also wonderful, except for a few minor details that could be overlooked. This year, however, there were too...

I stay often at the Ritz, so this is a re-review from my last one a few years back. I still enjoy the hotel - well, really, the beds are awesome - but the service was definitely off this last trip in. The pros: The rooms are quite nice, and the suites quite (for me, overly) large. The beds are...

The Ritz-Carlton is now our number one place to stay in Charlotte. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is friendly. You will feel like royalty from the time you walk in the door. And Blair is AWESOME!! He made being there so special. My husband and kids will be back.

I've been to Charlotte many times for work and to visit friends & family there. My last experience, in January 2016, brought me to the Ritz and it's to the Ritz I will return on my next trip. The service is fabulous and the room was lovely. I attended a business event in a beautiful event space attached to the...

I always love staying at The Ritz, and this is no difference. I love the rooms and I love the bar. It's just so fun to come back to the hotel and know there's a nice bar to hang out at and then just go back to my room and crash. Loveeee this place!
