Very basic rooms but very nice and clean. Fair rate for season. Staff was very nice. Again, very clean. Location is close to some good places to eat and to depot at GSMRR. Location felt safe and family friendly.

This was a very clean and nicely decorated hotel that was also budget friendly. The room was on the smaller side and bathroom was small shower stall only (no tub) but it had a microwave and minifridge which was a bonus. It was perfect for what we needed. The area surrounding including Bryson City and the GSMNP are gorgeous so... More

Clean and safe. Looks all new. Pool is nice. We got the best deal with Sam's club travel for good price. Great employees here! Beds comfortable. No elevator!! Big shower but no bathtub. Big tv. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea 24/7. Smells fresh and like home

Stayed 2 nights, clean room and average breakfast. Breakfast items are microwaved items including the eggs. Recommended to get breakfast elsewhere. Accommodations were on par for a hotel on a budget. All staff were helpful when needed.

We stayed here for a two night getaway! The hotel staff were friendly and extra helpful. The rooms were recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the back and was very quiet. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and other points of interest on our itinerary. We would stay here again!

Teresa went beyond the call of duty to help us out. I had a medical problem and had to cancel our second day of stay, that morning. It was too late to cancel our reservation on booking.com, which the reservation had to be cancelled through. The agent at booking.com called Teresa and she said they were willing to accept cancellation... More

The motel was clean, very close to everything in town and it was quiet. The breakfast needed a little work but they were in process of expanding it. Due to no fault of the motel we had a reservation issue with our reservation. The desk clerk helped fix the problem with our third party booking agent. I think I might reserve... More

Very clean, very comfortable room. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast is definitely a plus! I stayed here years ago before they renovated, and although it was an ok place to stay it was just mediocre. They upgraded it a lot and making it non smoking entirely makes it one if the best places in Bryson... More

OK hotel for one night stay. The rooms were very small and the lighting in the room was horrible but everything was clean. The staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about the town and restaurants, etc. The breakfast was not as good as your typical Choice hotels breakfast.
