Nothing spectacular; rooms are kind of small; fridge didn't get cold; pillows too small; extra linens and pillows scarce when requested; no full-size coffee pots available; breakfast was pretty good at least though, and it's super close to the Great Smoky Mtn. Railroad Excursion depot

This hotel is located on the left side of the road going down the hill. It is near fast food, some restaurants and of course the railroad, a main attraction in the area. The staff were really nice. Being winter we couldn't try out the pool in the back of the property. The rooms are as expected. The breakfast area...

Good spot. Clean and updated. Quiet. Heat was turned off in room when we arrived. It was very cold. Luckily we had plans and everything was nice and cozy on our return. They have a nice breakfast set-up with cereal, breads, hot foods such as sausage and eggs, and juices. We would stay here again.

Stayed overnight with family for the Polar Express. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton here but it served it's purpose. Rooms were fairly clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was a little sparse but was not expecting too much. Only stayed in the area for less than 24 hours and it seemed liked the Sleep Inn was the nicest, most convenient...

We stayed at this hotel when we took our granddaughter on the Polar Express. The location is less than a mile from the train depot. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast had everything you need. I highly recommend staying here for any visit to Bryson City!

We ended up staying in a king sized room and it was great! The room was clean. We missed breakfast but it was offerered. Wifi was a little slow but that's expected. It's decently close to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad which is which is why we were in town. Try to book farther in advance, each day I waited...
