Nice, engaging couple run the Inn. They make it a 'homey' experience, with chocolates in the evening in your room, cozy living room and front porch with rocking chairs. Bryson City has a restaurants from pizza to steak and a small but inviting downtown. The national park is the main attraction, and the country setting at the Inn surrounded by... More

The Inn was beautiful, the owners were friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for dinner both nights were perfect. Breakfast was delicious! The location was close to town and the creek and hiking.

Had a great stay at the Folkstone Inn. Our host Steve was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! And what a great area for outdoor pursuits. It was a lovely relaxing place to come home to after hiking and whitewater rafting.

Steve met us when we arrived and told us about the B&B. There was a helpful A4 sheet with local trails and an excellent library of books which could be used on local interests. This is a great resource. We stayed in the railway themed room which while not large was perfectly adequate - bit difficult with large cases. old... More

We enjoyed staying at this place. It was very quaint and relaxing. It was just a short drive to town, so whether you do a train ride, raft on the river or just hang out I would definitely recommend this B&B.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Folkestone this summer. The quiet setting, the delicious breakfasts, and getting a lifer (I'm a birdwatcher) made a unique experience! Folkestone is located in an ideal area, near many outstanding attractions. We would recommend this bed and breakfast to our family and friends!!!

I was running a triathlon at Tsali. The wife and I wanted a nice cozy place to stay the night prior and she found Folkestone online. We had to check in late and be out for the race very early the next morning so we missed breakfast, but the proprietors were kind enough to pack us to-go breakfasts. We loved... More

The Folkestone Inn is a great choice for couples who want some quality time in the Smoky Mountains. We decided to make a getaway there for our anniversary and chose the Folkestone Inn for our stay. We are glad we did.... More
