My husband and I have stayed at Little Main Street Inn numerous times, and every visit is amazing. I am sad to admit that I have failed to write this review until now. I am the type of person to only write a review for either awesome experiences or not so awesome...and the owners of this Inn are more than... More

This place is definitely a diamond in this beautiful country rough! Highly recommend this lovely Inm. They are very accommodating on making you feel at home and have everything you need. If you are ever in the Blue Ridge Mountains make sure to give this gem of a place a visit to rest your weary bones.

I stayed 4 nights in #8, the smallest of the rooms. I really, really do mean small. I think there are rooms in NYC larger than this one! The description on the website and the photos gave me the impression the room had more space. This section is also old. I was worried the entire time about what crawly creatures... More

We took a spur of the moment overnight trip to escape the heat of the Piedmont. We had an excellent dinner in Banner Elk, and our Thursday night stay coincided with the local farmers' market and a free concert in the town park. Our room (a suite with separate den and kitchen area) was at the front of the inn... More

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. The first was several years ago and the second was this past week. We just returned home from a wonderful getaway. The first stay was on the first floor, the second was on the second floor. We enjoyed both very much. The second floor "condo" had a full... More

Visited for two nights so my son could see Lees McRae College. Never saw the innkeepers but place was quaint and clean. The only other folks staying there were from Florida and said they have been coming back to Little Main Street Inn for 8 years.

My family and I stayed here for our weekend getaway to the slopes and this place was wonderful. My two daughters were with us and they loved that there was milk and little boxes of cereal in the room. The fireplace was a huge hit with everyone. There was plenty of room for every one to sleep and my girls... More

This place is so quaint! The innkeepers were super thoughtful! We had a pint of milk in the refrigerator & mini cereal boxes when we arrived. Of course, my 6 year old son thought that to be the coolest part of the stay! The room felt like a condo more so than a hotel room! My only complaint is the... More

Our family of 5 ended up staying here two nights during Thanksgiving week after the Best Western down the street cancelled on us when they didn't have any hot water. It was a blessing in disguise! I am super picky when it comes to hotels and always read the reviews prior to booking. After we arrived and saw our cute,... More

I stayed with my husband and daughter in Suite 3. Its a beautiful place with good views and access to nearby places. I loved the attention to decoration inside the suite. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. There was fresh milk for my daughter and she loved the space too. In short, its a good place to spend... More
