Hotel Vienna exceeded all points of a beautiful relaxing getaway. Rick since the winter, as we tried multiple times to get work time off, answered every email question we had, so quickly. The hotel is so clean, so comfortable and the property views amazing. COVID semi protocols still in place, with towel service etc. The room was spacious and the balcony great. Laura of course was so helpful as many others who have stayed said. The pool, pool deck and jacuzzi were perfect. Hotel Vienna is close to everything in town and a quick drive in any direction to find great food and activities. We appreciated the continental breakfast offered as well as a fridge and keurig in our room. Thank you for a fantastic stay, see you again for sure!
Helpful staff, especially the receptionist Laura. She is knowledgeable, professional and truly wants to assist the visitors. Hensonville as a region seems to be out of the grid: I use ATT with my cell phone. No connection what so ever in Hensonville region. So my GPS was out of whack as well. At the reception of Hotel Vienna, Laura went out of her was to help us get to places we want to go. Thank you very .
Very nicely appointed spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff and proprietors are top notch. Super quiet and quaint location. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Vienna to anyone. Excellent continental breakfast. Great for all four seasons.
We love coming here. We stay many times during diff seasons. We love the location, the mountain view, a lot of things to do outdoors. They also have an indoor pool . The rooms are very clean and the staff is really pleasant. They make us feel at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good stay, great hospitality, family-friendly, and the best fresh, homemade croissant ever for breakfast !!
Our family of 4 travelled to NY for a ski trip late February and I was having a very hard time finding a place to stay, but this hotel came recommended by a friend. It was perfect for our needs. We skied Hunter which is about 15 minutes, but it is super close to Windham. There are a number of restaurant options within 5 minutes (2 -3 miles). The rooms was a good size and it was clean, and there was a nice breakfast spread and decent coffee available each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One thing that is well-advertised is that in the basement of the hotel (where the ice and soda machine are located), there is also a family game room. There are several board games - Checkers, Connect 4, Battleship, Trivia Pursuit, and a large screen TV and couches to relax. It isn't fancy, but somewhere to go outside of your room to unwind after a ski day. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. I have no complaints. …
