Stayed in one of the lake view rooms at Cape Lodge for three nights. The view of the sun rising on the lake in early morning was extremely beautiful and tranquil. The property is beautifully secluded within a stretch of small vineyards. It even grows its own grapes and produces its own house wine! The restaurant on the property was...

We organised for 5 couples to join us for a few days at Cape Lodge. We hadn't been here before, tho we know the Margaret River region well. Cape Lodge is promoted as a luxury resort and we were wondering how that fitted with the local "surf's up" attitude. But it was a terrific stay - everyone was happy and...

Our room was spacious and immaculate with a view of the grounds and the lake from the balcony. (I think it was a king suite upstairs). The food is superb offering local produce and wines at top level of fine dining with prices to match. Great base to travel around Margaret River from.

Complimentary bikes are available to cycle around local vineyards, easy ride, get the route from the extremely helpful...

Cape Lodge is set in peaceful countryside with a large dam (lake) and a swimming pool in the grounds. We were in one of the single level rooms (no 7) and it was a good size. The ensuite was good with a large and excellent walk-in shower. No bath. Fridge and tv (poor sound quality) a wing chair and window...

Perfection!! A trip to beautiful Margaret River would not be complete without stating at this gorgeous hotel. Arrived to find out we had been upgraded to a huge king suite with an amazing bathroom and a quaint portico overlooking the lake. Do yourself a favour and book a room - it is gorgeous!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cape Lodge Hotel. The Margaret River Region is delightful and the hotel is beautifully located by a lake and in its own grounds. We were in a Garden Suite in the main building but there are cottages in different parts of the estate. The bedroom was very comfortable with excellent beds. The...

The grounds are amazing and so are the staff. The views are remarkable, it's peaceful, private and what your doctor will recommend. It is one to visit and stay at if you are looking for peace and tranquil. The flowers, the birds, the rooms, the pool and the facilities are beautifully kept and maintained. It's also in a ideal location.
