Arrived and everything was no bother at all. Great room with a stained glass window, king size bed and bath. Close to everything, free wifi and parking, very helpful and friendly staff. The staff fulfilled every request we had and carried our bags up to the room. Didn't try the breakfast as we cycled through the vineyards and took a picnic...

Good location and everything we needed for a two night stay in Saint-Emilion. The rooms are small; the one we had had lots of storage and just enough plug-ins. It was quiet and comfty. Plus there was an elevator. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We loved Saint-Emilion and hope we can return some day.

This was the only place with vacancies when I booked well in advance, so it was this hotel or nothing. Rooms & bathrooms very small & decor tired. The weather was unseasonably cold, the hydronic heating was not working, & the aircon was locked on cool. Had to ask for extra blankets, but was still cold, which made it hard...

We spent one night here as part of a road trip. We had stayed in a range of hotels and this one was pretty good. The secure parking was quite a distance from the hotel but it was free and safe. We could have offloaded the luggage outside but the roads were narrow and complicated so we parked first and...

The hotel itself is basic and clean (although the beds and linen could do with an upgrade). However I can only concur with the other reviewers regarding the manager. We made an inquiry by phone and sent a mail afterwards to confirm our reservation (paid the first night in advance - two months before our stay). Today we were accosted...

This classic hotel has a wonderful central location in this gorgeous old historic village. You couldn't get any more central and it was easy to find by Navman GPS with a very handy free car park close by. (which is a real asset in a town where parking is very limited) We were situated in the adjacent annexe which was...

Beware - my confirmation e-mail stated: "Cancellation policy: deposit will be refunded (-15%) 1 month before estimated arrival date." Two months before our trip, we unavoidably had to cancel. Per the policy, we expected the hotel to keep 15% of our deposit and refund 85%. But the hotel charged 15% of ***what the entire trip would have cost***. When I...
