This hotel is perfectly located. Within just a few minutes of all the best bits of St. Emilion. The parking was just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. In SE this is close. In a beautiful pedestrian friendly 'village' this is close. The drive into SE and to the hotel was clearly signposted. Reception were efficient and walked...

This little hotel looks much better in person than on the photos. Rooms are modern and good size. Staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. The free parking is a bonus! Pleasantly surprised! Would absolutely stay again.

This is a small clean hotel in the best part of town. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We loved the location and we loved the parking . The beds were very comfortable. We had a nice breakfast at the local coffee shop for nine euros for four people. We declined the €44 breakfast at the hotel....

As it was our first full day in France, we had not yet learned how to navigate the small towns, no the fact that a street that looked like a cart path could really handle a car! However, once we found la Commanderie, we were delighted. Our room, at the back of the hotel, overlooked fields of vines, and was...

We thought this a very comfortable hotel in an excellent position for exploring St Emilion. Secure parking nearby, too. We liked the room and the beautiful views over the town. We were, however, somewhat taken aback by the breakfast. Having been in many small hotels in France over a good number of years, we were used to being met by...

very well placed, nearby everything, very good breakfast, nice people, clean, very ancient nice building. the only negative point: you have to have all your stuff for the shower, there is almost nothing in there.

Very good central location. We had a twin room that would've slept three people so it was very spacious. Great views from our room. We were in an annex across from the main hotel. Good breakfast included in the price. Very pleasant helpful staff. We could access wifi in the breakfast room but not in our bedroom. Private secure parking...

The hotel is in the town of St.Emilion with private bookable parking which is a major plus. Ideal situation to explore the town on foot, comfortable modern rooms, a bit on the small side but a lovely historic building. They also serve a simple but ample breakfast. The towns numerous restaurants and cafes are only short walk away.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, immaculate and spacious as was our bathroom. Best of all, was the location of the hotel. We were in the heart of St Emilion and everything was a walking distance away. I'm glad we booked as this is a popular place and gets booked out. The guy on...

This hotel was spotless. Our room, while small had everything we needed. The linens and bed were great as well as an updated bathroom. Again, everything was above clean. Don't be mislead in any way. St Emillion is a village with steep hills and this hotel sits atop one of them. All streets climb here. The hotel is a climb...
