Small rooms. No WiFi in your room. No swimming pool. They have a community "hot tub" at the other hotel. Fitness center is at the other hotel as well. It is very nice and well equipped. Stretching and yoga classes included. If you want a quiet place, it's not this one. There is a club in the 9th floor and...

If I had to rate it I would have put it between average and very good. Others have described the rooms pretty well. They were tight but the bed was comfortable and the bedding very good. The front desk staff was fantastic. The lobby is comfortable. Breakfast needed better breads and oatmeal. Dinner was very good. You can't beat the...

Clean rooms. Great food. Friendly staff. These would be my improvements: wifi throughout. Ski room should be open 30mins before lifttime so 8:30. Nothing is more frustrating on a Pow day having to wait for ski room to open. Free water everyday would be great.

The hotel seems to be the oldest of the facilities in the Valle Nevado Complex. The reception team was very friendly (a lady by the name Maria Paz) upon our arrival. Indicated all the details and offered to make a reservation in a restaurant for us, once we arrived late in the afternoon. I travelled with my kids (10 and...

Good for a ski trip with friends on a budget. Rooms are small and breakfast is ok. Restaurant serves good food but service is quite slow. Good front desk staff and just a short walk to the slops. It also has a room at the lobby where we can store skis and boots.

So so. Nothing special, good price, good breakfast, good dinner, the staff isn't ready to receive tourists from all around the world. Rooms are enough if you want a place to take your shower and sleep, no wi fi in the rooms, wi fi only in the lob .

The skiing here was fantastic! You can't be anywhere on the resort without having spectacular views, either! My room even had its own balcony, facing a very deep ravine. Probably due to the time of year, and relatively high temperatures (high 20s - low 30s), it was foggy whenever it snowed, so visibility was very short, limiting skiing. I tried...

***I think the following information needs to be stated first and foremost*** Make sure you bring everything you need with you to this resort. It is very isolated and they charge enormous mark ups (even by US standards) on everything and what they sell is terrible quality. I spent 15 dollars on a tube of sunscreen and that stuff went...

“Lower levels are less noisy.”

“Try getting a single room at the end of the hallway facing the back of the hotel towards the valley. I had this style room on the sixth floor and I wasn't disturbed by noise or guests. The sixth floor is two floors below the lobby which is what I would call the eighth floor if I remember correctly.”
