we own a timeshare here - rather than trading and visiting other locations, we ALWAYS return here in October. Very friendly staff - nice updates with pool, pool bar, and room décor. easy to get to the high rise hotel area and to Eagle Beach.
After a full morning of flying, we arrived at the Resort and just wanted to shower and go eat. NO HOT WATER! A nice cold shower is what we faced for 3 days. Resort says, no rooms available to move you too. Now they don't...More
Very nice spot. Clean and comfortable. Away from the tourist trap downtown and walking distance to great local eateries. They have a free shuttle to the best beaches, a GREAT happy hour (Louis the bartender is super) and an excellent restaurant on site.
The resort is beautiful. The employees are friendly and tentative. Our room was immaculate. The pools and bars are amazing. It quiet and calm, away from the night life but not far from anything. I can't wait to return!

Kiana's is on on site and it is great. My husband and I don't eat out much unless we are on vacation, so I was looking forward to trying a lot of different places. But we ended up eating at Kiana's three times during our one week stay. Each time there were different specials, and the food was great, as was the service.
