We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very professional and helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a upper level room, with a balcony that overlooked the Dead Sea. Was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine after a fun day of seeing the sites and hanging out by the...

This is really depressing hotel. I had booked a suit that would fit 2 adult and 2 children. There were two rooms in the suit one was a normal room the other one had a broken sleeper sofa with some missplaced chairs in it. The room was very dated and the hotel is due for demolition. We had breakfast in...

We stayed here for 3 days last month. We chose the hotel for the huge pool as thats all you can really do in the heat. When we arrived we were horrified to find that half the pool was closed for renovations so all the guests were crowded into the open half which was mostly shallow water. The sauna was...

The room wasn't clean. When we were in the hotel we had to call the police after people at the hotel came with their speakers and played music/siren at 1:00am!!! Btw, hotel security did nothing!!! We won't come back to that hotel ever!!!

This was a family trip with kids and family friends, about 12+ people in total. When we arrived it was like a ghost town, not very busy, no-one around to ask anything. We went to the desk to start getting things sorted out and we had some issues with the room bookings which was caused by the agent booking. It...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night and although the hotel, spa, room, and pool were nice we were extremely disappointed with the customer service or lack thereof. When we checked in we were not alerted of the checkout time, which is 11am, an hour earlier than most hotels. After asking for a late checkout, which...

This property used to be a Hyatt Regency... first impressions of grand lobby and room are really good. Look more closely and the rooms, especially the bathrooms are quite dirty; same with the carpets in the the hallways. Food at breakfast and dinner buffet was good, yet the crowds, during peak season were a bit overwhelming. Bit negative, the pool...

Beautiful hotel, all rooms with a sea view but due to bad maintenance it was hard to enjoy the stay. Friendly staff that try to do their best, specially the guest service. The restaurant was O.K , the food also. No air conditioning in public areas. What a waste !!! A wasted gem in an outstanding and unique landscape.
