We just loved our stay at Seyyida Hotel, we would have stayed there again, when returning to Stone Town but they were booked out. Our room was the best one we had across all Tanzania, and hotel was very reasonable price. Just loved the hotel foyer, courtyard and rooftop restaurant and lounge. The rooftop restuarant provides unparalleled views of Stone Town and it is centrally located to every popular tourist attraction. Bottom line:If you want to...

We were lucky enough to find The Seyyida Hotel which is centrally located in Stone Town, and...

This was our second visit to Seyyida and we had a lovely time again. The staff is extremely helpful -- beyond providing excellent service at the hotel itself, they also assisted us to book a massage/pedicure, a taxi to the north side of the island and a flight back to the mainland. The rooms were comfortable and large with strong...

Seyyida s traditional charm and central location make it a go to hotel. A lot of effort is made by the staff to make one s stay a happy one. The food was good and an added bonus was it was on the rooftop. Will soon be returning.
