Hotel was clean, but could use some updating and interior decorating. Drapes worked, but did not hang properly and actually should be replaced. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel grounds were poorly maintained. Decent accommodations for the price!

Hotel is conveniently located off the highway near restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, had all we we were looking for. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay (probably can avoid the eggs but there's also waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc) but very crowded. Not enough seats, it is served in the lobby. The all the time popcorn, coffee...

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are aware of the limited seating area for breakfast and have plans to improve it in the coming months. We hope to utilize our limited space more efficiently.

We usually stay with a competitor when we travel to Watertown, but last year we were disappointed, so this year we decided to try here. It is an older place, but has been upgraded. Most important, it's clean & quiet. Breakfast was good, not set up for couples, but great to meet fellow guests. Was really surprised when the front...

Normally I drive right past this location when I am visiting Watertown. I did not think I could afford it on my salesman's budget. Thanks to trip advisor I realized the price was better than I thought. It was a nice clean room that was well appointed and up to date. The breakfast was better than average on all I...

Larger room with heart-shaped whirlpool made it an agreeable stay. Sort of out of context, as most other guests that night were workers with their pick-up trucks. Breakfast was OK with scrambled (?) eggs a bit spongy. Location is best, if you want to do some shopping.

We rented what was considered to be the apartment which used to be meeting space. It was clean but...the toilet didn't flush, there was no heat in the second bedroom and they gave us regular house keys to get in the room and key cards to get in the side door. The good...the king size bed was extremely comfortable and...

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review. I'm sorry to hear about the bathroom. A work order was turned in as soon as we knew of the issue. That room is a little unique, we built that because quite a few military families that were new to Ft. Drum would spend a few weeks at a...

I was completely satisfied with our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Watertown, NY.
