We have so many good things to say! First of all a huge thank you for making our holiday an amazing experience. We are leaving with so many great memories. We stayed at LUX Grande Gaube for 12 nights and came there to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff made me feel so special and spoilt from the minute we arrived - a surprise room upgrade, birthday cake on the first night and a personal heart with flowers decoration on the beach on the last day. These small touches went such a long way- and I am so grateful. I think the best thing about your hotel is the staff that work there. The service is above and beyond - I have no words. Incredible! It is very clear to see that the staff genuinely have a passion for hospitality and will go out of their way to make it a luxury holiday for you. Each and everyone deserve a thank you but there are a few who we would like to thank personally. *VISHNU: From the very first day, he made it his task to make us feel welcome and looked after. We did gin tasting with him, which was a great experience- not only did he teach us a lot about gin but also made us laugh with his funny jokes and stories. Thank you for looking after us. *Chefs: SINGH & VEENA: We are vegetarian and at times got a little bored of what was out in the buffet. We happened to mention this to you guys and you went out of your way to make something different for us. SINGH, your aloo paratha for breakfast made our day and VEENA your pau bhaji was incredible. Thank you for going the extra mile! *Cafe LUX: FABRECE & SYLVANO: You guys have mastered the art of coffee making! But the best thing about you both was the friendly "Good Morning" we were greeted with every single morning! It made a great start to the day. *INTI: YASSER & PURVEE: A great great example of customer service. And amazing food! *BODRUM: RICARDO: Thank you for making our last day feel special and the Trilecce cake is out of this world! *BEACH CREW: You work so hard and still have a smile on your face everyday. We had a lovely experience at Lux Grand Gaube, made memorable by the friendly staff, and especially the general manager Stefan who went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. It is a large and beautiful resort with great rooms and several different food options. Our favorite restaurant was Bodrum- where we had an incredible meal.

It's hard to pick what's the best thing about this resort. It was one of the best places we stayed in our trips. The service was amazing starting with the check-in and throughout the stay. I regret not remembering their names, but everybody (we spoke with 4-5 people over the 10 days we stayed there) at the reception/concierge was so nice and helpful and very professional. The (superior double) room was spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. We actually appreciated the little details in the decorations. The cleaning stuff did a great job and the room was re-supplied daily with water and every 2 days with coffee and tea supplies. The breakfast food was great, fresh and had a lot of options. We had dinner at all the open restaurant in the resort and it was great, but definitely the highlights were Inti (thanks Yasser and the team for the amazing experience) and Bodrum (thanks Avish for the great service). Initially we wanted to upgrade to a half board, but I think the freedom of picking the dinning option separately was the better choice in the end. Just make sure to book the dinner in advance, sometimes it can be very crowded. The hotel offers a lot of activities and a lot of them are free. Both beaches and pools are great, but the adults only area which is a bit further away is truly a relaxation and tranquillity oasis. The views are great. I recommend booking a sea plane trip (extra charge), we were blown away at the beauty of the surrounding lagoons seen from the air. Bonus was seeing a turtle and a stingray there. We visited here for 5 days and it really wasn’t long enough. We have never stayed anywhere of this quality and I fear it has spoilt us for the future. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe adult room with the sea so near you could almost touch it. Special mention to Kumar who looked after us daily at the adults section he got to know his guest and set up refreshments just as you needed them. The boat gentleman (sorry o didn’t get his name clearly loved his job and tried hard to give you the best experience possible. Fabrice at cafe lux was passionate about coffee in barista training he was keen to share his knowledge and it was really informative. Golf tuition was great and enthusiastic with good teaching manner. Photography iPhone course was great, my husband is a very good photographer and he learnt loads from him…

We 100% recommend a stay at the hotel! The staff at the hotel are second to none, we were made to feel genuinely felt special by all of the staff. Reedoo (the man in the sunhat & glasses) was exceptional throughout our stay and made our days on the beach all the better with his superb service, and more importantly, friendliness. He is a true credit to the resort. Other staff on the beach, including Avi, were also extremely helpful and courteous. The restaurants were great! Breakfast time caters for all your needs, and the quality of the food is good. Palm court hosts a lovey buffet in the evenings, and you the quality of the food was exceptional and doesn’t compare to our pre-conceptions of a buffet. The Indian food by chef Singh and the team had a wow factor every time we tried something. Beach rouge was very good at both lunchtimes and dinner, and the staff there are lovely. They were especially good at catering for dietary requirements. Inti is an absolute must try whether staying at the hotel or not - just wow! The staff at the bar were friendly, attentive and made us smile throughout our stay. Vishnu was a master mixologist and never failed to entertain us. Melina & Suraj were lovely, always nice to chat too and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The rooms were very spacious & clean - with all the amenities you would need. The beach is clean and the water sports offered by the hotel were awesome! We had a rum pairing organised in a tree house by Nicolas (huge thank you) which was one of our best experiences… my wife doesn’t drink rum but was blown away by the quality of the food. The ice cream stand in the afternoons was brilliant and Dhiksha was very gracious whenever we went up there. Many many amazing staff at the hotel.
