We have just returned from ten fabulous days at the LUX Grande Baie and can't wait to go back! The hotel, rooms, pools and gardens are beautiful in their own right, the more so for being set on a tranquil turquoise bay with a soft sandy beach. While the environment of the hotel was undoubtedly very lovely, what really made the holiday special was the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome every day and for whom nothing was too much trouble (special mentions for Brinda and Xavier, for Vick, for Poojha and for Faisal and his team in the boat house on the beach). Our lasting memories with be of going out to swim with dolphins and turtles and for snorkeling on the local reefs; every day rounded off with a stunning copper and bronze sunset before we headed off for another amazing meal at Beach Rouge or Ai KISU. We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at Lux GB and were blown away by the hospitality shown by Ashok (GM) and team, and experienced (nearly) everything the hotel has to offer! My most memorable experiences were - The signature spa treatments… a real focus on sound, visual and massage therapy! Find out if you’re earth, wind or fire? - 5* Parisian style indulgent cakes at House of Lux.. the pistachio cakes were delicious! - Nutritious breakfast spreads to start the day… with yummy shakshuka, tasty Kombucha drinks and homemade honey! - Dim sum making class with the Resident Chef… a lovely way to learn a new skill and appreciate the hard work behind the scenes! Last week i was there with my family to celebrate my birthday and it was great to start all the staff are very nice and friendly the rooms are super luxury,clean and they prepared my room with a surprise that wrote happy birthday on the bed and I got a bottle of champagne as a gift at the red beach dinner there was a shellfish buffet, for the main course they served us a whole fish and it was delicious then for my birthday the chef marie prepared an excellent cake for me and also a girl was playing happy birthday with her violin and I had yet another bottle of champagne. there are three swimming pools, everything was heated and magical, the swimming pool at the bizou is the best because we have a beautiful view, it is very quiet and there is a swing in the swimming pool, which is too great. There was pool party a dj who comes from germany mixes great music. the club night was great andthe dj played musice that makes our body move by itself by hearing this music I danced well with my family. the breakfast was delicious especially the croissant was great and the lunch was also excellent the pasta, pizza and burger was great I have nothing to say so everything was perfect excellent magic a big thank to vikram who was very kind with us and he well prepared our stay at the hotel and thank you to the chef saas who prepared very delicious dishes for us thank you agaib To all the hotel staff for their wonderful stay I was very spoiled by you and it is the best hotel I have been and I can't wait to come back very quick…

Simply stunning! Its been the second time I came to Lux with my family and the services are another level! The staffs are very nice and kind. They were very attentive to our demands. They were very helpful. We received a very nice welcome. Big thanks to Vikram, who was very nice and he helped us a lot. There are 3 pools and all of them were heated during the winter season! The view from the room was amazing. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and luxurious. All the foods were exquisite, especially the sushi as well as the meat. The seafoods is a must! Thanks to Saas who made sure we were enjoying all our meals. There was even a DJ from germany; we had so much fun.The hotel is very luxurious and amazing. It was such a great experience. Could be classify as better than Excellent. This is my second trip to that hotel with my family since the first was so amazing that we always dream to come back and we tick the second and now waiting for the third. The Room is very beautiful with big space and a very impressive bathroom with all type of luxury amenities,electric window curtain,a nice terrace in front of your room to have a good look at the beach and in the evening a nice sunset live view.Even alone you feel surrounded. The services are overexpected. Nice welcome and follow up by the team and a guy name Vikram who follow you miss nothing, till you get to your room.Room service response also is good. we have enjoy our trip there to the max with the top floor nice swiming pool where we could take our lunch at a table found inside the pool ,enjoy the pool with a beautiful view at the beach from the top. The dinner also was very good with a buffet of cold seafood follow by the main course with a grill whole fish that we could not finish at Restaurant beach Rouge again with a wounderfull service.Second day we have food at the Japanese restaurant and like the Rosted Duck, could be classify one of the best Roasted duck and end our night at the hotel Disco found near the japanese restaurant. what to say more.Too much to say but can say finalise with Wow Better to go there and you can confirm more that I post…

I recently went to Lux last Tuesday night for some drinks with some friends. Had an amazing night, the staff were incredible and the resort was top class. The cocktails were especially good. Will definitely be returning☺️

The property is lavish and the beauty of this place is breathtaking. The hospitality and services are perfect. We stayed at the best villa in the property that was the beach side villa 2008 and 2006 it had 3 bedrooms a kitchenette and a powder room sitting area and private pool which was huge in size as compared to other properties that have pools attached. The beach was reserved for us also an outside cabana and barbecue. The butler Vinay was extremely polite and helpful to us. The Indian Chef S Maheshwari went out of the way to prepare food for us. The preparations were delicious. The only limitation we faced was of Indian breads in-availability. But everyone at the hotel went out of the way to help us out. We had elderly parents and young children with us but utmost care was taken by all.…
