Returned from spending 5 nights at the Paradise Cove and was blown away by the hotel itself but more importantly the staff were exceptional! Ophelie and her team worked wonders to help me prepare the most perfect proposal before we arrived. She helped book the restaurant, the catamaran and the photographer to capture it all and made sure all of the hotel staff were aware to help with the surprise throughout the day! Really can't thank her and her team enough! My now fiancé and I can't wait to return for anniversary!
My wife and I recently stayed at the Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and can honestly say we had a very very relaxing break. We stayed in the Prestige Junior Suite on an All Inclusive Basis. The room was excellent with all the amenities you would expect with the added bonus of a smart TV that can mirrored with an Android device (useful if you fancy streaming a movie one night). The room decor was beautiful and had wonderful views of the cove. We would like to express our deepest thanks to the entire staff at Paradise Cove, each member of staff was extremely kind and attentive to all our needs. A special thanks goes out to Chef Rakesh and Vishal who looked after us so well during our stay, being vegetarians we were slightly concerned at the lack of options there may be, however we were spoiled for choice, food was delicious at all the restaurants. The pizza and pasta at the peninsula was fantastic and the Japanese food at the XO was just as good. There are also plenty of activities on offer to help burn those excess calories, we made use of the Tennis Courts which are free to use if you bring your own tennis balls otherwise available to purchase for a small fee. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious break. We look forward to returning soon :-).…
We came here to celebrate our anniversary, having got married in Paradise Cove twelve years ago. The hotel has had a real make-over and is simply beautiful. The staff are absolutely exceptional. They are so charming and kind. We were met by Pinky who gave us a tour. She always remembered our names and chatted to us every day. Our room was just perfect with a sitting area, views over the cove and palm trees and lovely balcony. The meals were absolutely delicious with so much choice at every meal. Lunch at the Peninsula overlooking the beach was just perfect. There are so many lovely places to sit and relax. We loved the buzzers on the umbrellas to summon the staff for a drink. The cucumber for the eyes was a real fun experience! Water sports are available but paddleboarding was difficult with the wind. Probably better in their summer. We did play tennis every day which was great. We also loved the heated lap pool which was wonderful. We also had a lovely couples massage which was heavenly. We really can’t praise this hotel enough and just can’t wait to go back which we will definitely do.…
As well-seasoned luxury hotel travellers, we had high exptions for Paradise Cove (especially since reading the reviews are all extremely positive), and I am glad to say my expectations were not only fully met but surpassed. We stayed for 5 days before going to another hotel for the other half of our vacation - Paradise Cove was by far the winner on every level. We stayed in the Prestige Junior Suite, which had direct access to the beach / cove. The room was excellent with luxurious amenities as you would expect and exceptionally clean. It has been refurbished to a high standard and everything has been well thought-through. I would say the biggest positive point about my stay at Paradise Cove was the staff. Every single employee was on point 100% of the time. I didn't have a single negative encounter with any of the staff during my stay. Every single one of them made an effort to provide exceptional service and I think this is what made the overall stay seem so exceptional. Special thanks to the front desk manager for her personal assistance and going the extra mile. There are a number of restaurants to choose from, and we upgraded from half-board to all-inclusive during our stay for a modest fee. We are glad we made that decision as we were able to explore all the restaurants and try a variety of excellent food and drinks. The gym is small but functional, if not a little outdated. There are a few cardio and strength training machines, but this could be improved. You also had to book a gym slot prior to coming (I assume due to COVID), however this was not an issue as the Spa staff were quick to answer the phone and there was always availability when we needed it, even at short notice. Overall, this was one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in for a long time, and I genuinely look forward to returning in future for a longer stay.…
Exquisite hotel for a romantic honeymoon. The rooms are lovely with views on the cove and the ocean. The food was absoluty fantastic, the staff is super friendly and the service was extraordinary. Keep up the good work and many will come to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Kind Belgian regards.
We came in Hotel Paradise Cove to celebrate our wedding anniversary. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful to us. When we met Mr Vimarsh and lovely lady Miss Ophelie they were very kind, friendly and helpful to us. We stayed in junior suite it was absolutely amazing and infront we have the exclusive Cove and has stunning views but smiles in our faces it just perfect. This is the hotel where my memories are made for this year 2022 and it's was a romantic place for us. The staff in the restaurants were all very nice and food was delicious. The spa was very relaxing and peaceful music. Heart touching feeling. Thank you for photo shoot just remained me to feel very romantic with my husband. Thank You Paradise Cove 💕
We had been due to stay at the hotel in 2020 for a special wedding anniversary but our holiday was obviously cancelled. Responses to emails and the multiple extensions to our credit note during lockdown were quick and helpful. Finally we made it to the hotel to stay for 5 nights and wow! We were absolutely blown away by the setting, the Junior Suite was the best room we have ever stayed in and the attention to detail through the hotel was second to none. The food in the restaurant was faultless and all the staff were friendly and super helpful without being intrusive. We stayed on a half board basis which was perfect for us as we aren’t big drinkers and don’t eat much at lunchtime. It did seem that the majority of other guests were All Inclusive. We got the bus from the nearby public beach into Grand Bay to get snacks, water, souvenirs etc from the SuperU, there is also a small taxi stand outside the hotel gate if you don’t want to get the bus. We didn’t need to take a COVID test on arrival as we had come from another hotel and had had one there. Masks were required at the buffet and in reception but not when walking around the hotel. On our last day we went out on the glass bottom boat and my husband snorkelled - he said the fish and coral were better than those seen on the GreatBarrier Reef! Note that you can’t borrow snorkel equipment to snorkel directly from the hotel due to the water traffic. I would return to Paradise Cove in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone.…
Where do I start We came here for our 35th wedding anniversary On arrival We were met with a very warm welcome by one of the many friendly and obviously highly trained staff Taken through to the absolutely stunning premises set in paradise itself This is the hotel where dreams and life long memories are made The hotel, pools and restaurants were absolutely spotless and maintained to a very high standard The hotel and grounds apart we also can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the service we received Absolutely faultless from start to finish and I can’t say that about any other hotel we’ve been to in the world An absolute master class Thank you
We were lucky enough to spend a month in this beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment the taxi pulled up it was just out of this world. The hotel is on such a beautiful spot of the island, so peaceful and breathtaking views from just about every spot there. The staff were so friendly and kind. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The food was just outstanding, we have traveled to many places and by far, this has to be the best we have had. The restaurants were beautiful, so relaxing with no hustle and bustle and a fantastic variation of food each night. The peninsula I think had to be our favourite. Every time we ate there it felt so special and again the staff and food served was fantastic. The hotel was spotlessly clean all of the time and the rooms were so pretty. We had a ground floor junior suit which was lovely and from the moment we woke and opened our curtains it was nothing but smiles on our faces, just perfect! Thank you Paradise Cove 💖.…
The reviews we had seen on TA meant that we had extremely high expectations of this hotel and I can honestly say that the experience massively exceeded them. From the moment we arrived we knew this was going o be the most perfect location and holiday. The staff were the most friendly and welcoming we have ever met in a hotel and nothing was too much trouble for them, from reception to the beach waiter, all were exceptional. We had a Prestige Junior Suite which had a lovely ground floor terrace overlooking the cove, a massive bath, twin showers and and even bigger bed. Everything was really well thought through and decorated in an understated but luxurious way. The hotel itself provides a number of locations to relax and soak up the sun, including the 3 pools, the beach on the cove and the discreet locations on the Peninsular. There were plenty of sunbeds, all with waiter service via a call button. Michael, on the beach, was just great, bringing water, cucumber for our eyes and various fruit juices around. It was so lovely to have the choice of beach pool or total seclusion, all in a beautifully manicured and clean environment. We were on the all inclusive package, which gave access to 3 restaurants (of which 2 required booking). There is also a 4th in "The Cove", which provides an intimate private dining experience in huts over the water. We had the lobster menu and would definitely recommend this extra indulgence. The 3 all inclusive restaurants were outstanding and pretty much fine dining standards. Breakfast at the main dining room offered a huge choice of options, again of the highest standard, whilst lunch at "The Peninsula" offered a great choice of salads, grills, pasta and pizza. The drinks selection on all inclusive was good and included very drinkable fizz, reds and whites plus a large selection of lovely cocktails. A few drinks were at a premium but to be honest moist people will find the all inclusive selection more than adequate. In terms of facilities, the free water sports were good,…
