It’s disgusting. Dirty, TV and old dirty comforters probably from 1970. Stained carpet. Bugs in shower. Thel hotel is surrounded by junk and stray cats. Didn’t really want to give it one star but have no choice with this site.

The rooms are dated but quaint. The rooms are clean and the showers are hot. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly. And best of all it was very reasonably priced. Located near Omega institute and the old aerodrome. And fantastic motorcycling roads for our side car!

This motel is clean and the bed was comfy. The sign said they had a BBQ there was none. The wifi didnt work half the time, the grounds are in serious need of a clean up. Drive is dirt, so not good for antique cars to park on. The owner was very nice, but that poor gal can only do so much alone. You have to wait 4 min to get hot water for your shower. Not a return here. no A/c either

My apologies for any problems you had. I was having trouble with the WiFi and I am sorry about that. It just happened to be a problem this past weekend and I tried my best to have it working properly. The grounds are being cleaned up. We had to re-seed after the bad winter season we had. When a re-seeding is done, hay must be put down also. That is what is on our grounds. The drive is gravel and has always been gravel. We have had antique cars coming here for many years. As far as the A/C is concerned, the weather has been very unusual. The temps at night go down into the 50's. Just last week guests were asking for the heat to be turned on. You should have spoken with me and possibly something could have been done to remedy this. I am sorry you do not want to return here, but if you decide that you will, contact me directly and we can discuss a discount for your stay. Again, my apologies for these issues. Donna Rand

We stayed at Jenny's while attending a weekend event at Omega. It's nice to stay off site, and Jenny's was one of the closest inns with availability. Rooms were spacious and very clean and had a kitchenette. While the hotel could have used some updating, it did not detract from the overall experience. Weekend breakfasts were good. The only feedback is that the beds were a bit hard and rooms could have been darker as sun rises early in the summer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

I loved Jenny's and would stay there again in a heartbeat! My room (queen bed with a kitchenette) was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. It was simple and spacious. Donna was very accommodating and made me feel very welcome. I stayed there while attending a workshop at Omega. I heard from many on campus that the accommodations at Omega are very noisy so I was really glad I made the choice to stay at Jenny's instead! I slept very well there. The commute to Omega was easy and scenic. They have home cooked breakfast on the weekends, which was absolutely delicious! The dining room is charming and I really enjoyed conversing with Donna. The nightly rate was much less expensive than other area places. I would have paid twice as much to stay in a hotel. For the cost, Jenny's is of fantastic value! I also appreciated the large, well-lit sign which made it very easy to find at nighttime. Yes, the place could use a touch-up but they are competing with Airbnb spots that don't have to pay the same fees or follow the same rules. The flowers hanging by the rooms were gorgeous. A little chipped paint on an outdoor staircase did not take away from my experience; in fact, it added to it. The place's charm is that it is an authentic country spot. If you're looking for luxury accommodations or amenities, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for an affordable, cozy place to stay that is centrally located to so many wonderful places to visit, you won't be disappointed. I was hesitant to stay at Jenny's due to reading about noise and Wifi issues so I contacted them and was assured by Donna they could put me in a quiet room. She delivered that and more, and the (free) Wifi had a strong signal. She wrote "don't believe everything you read." I'm so glad I listened I absolutely loved my stay there and will definitely return next time I go to a workshop at Omega!
