very old , rooms have old furniture in them ...beds have not been replaced in years and years views from pourches are mostly blocked mountain views hot tub needs to be replaced and pray that the hot tubs do just that ...that the water gets hot . the outdoor pool area is in bad shape. the only good thing was...

Anticipating a great fall weekend, my boyfriend and i had made plans to stay two nights. The pictures on the web site were great but they were'nt of this resort. They had not painted since the 50's, decaying wood on the floors, the outside deck had furniture with cusions that were there since the summer of 2000. Spider webs were...

This is the worst place still standing in the Catskills. The rooms were old and moldy, with burn marks and very little light. the second toilet did not flush The pool area was a total disaster with broken decks and railings. The food was ok, the but the breakfast in the rooms was the exact same every day without getting...
