We stayed here for one night and have no complaints. The location is right downtown, so you can walk to most places without trouble. Parking is behind the hotel via a short stroll and you do have to get a pass to put in your car from the front desk, but it's not that big of a deal. What makes...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Upon our arrival at 3:30 we were told that our room was not ready. The guy at the front desk said he would call on the cleaning lady to clean the room. The cleaning lady was no where to be found. He went searching for her and could not...

I found this hotel on Travelzoo in June. I arrived at the hotel in the early afternoon and was greeted by a friendly front desk attendant who gave us our room key and directions for parking and additional info. We had a problem wit the room and it was quickly resolved by Dave, the desk clerk who changed shifts with...

I stayed at The Parker Inn and Suites August 2 - 6, 2016, and it was simply wonderful. What an architectural gem and cozy place to stay--right in the heart of artsy, little Schenectady. I had a lovely time. The folks at the front desk were kind and helpful, most especially, Claudia. An utterly enjoyable visit!

Stayed one night after a wedding. Most of the guests stayed at the Hampton next door. We decided to skip the generic hotel and stay here. (Plus it was cheaper) Huge room facing the street big bathroom with dual shower. Full size fridge and kitchenette. The bed was great and, although I was a bit hesitant being next to the...

What a gem! A beautifully renovated, utterly comfortable historic (1908) hotel, smack in the middle of Schenectady. Excellent in every way! Parking is free, in a lot behind the hotel -- really not a problem to find or to walk to. The staff are great. And there's an intimate feeling to the place -- only four rooms, I think, on...

We visited there on July 15/16th for a wedding. I've never actually experienced such a nice reception staff in all our travels. "Claudia"- thank yo so much for making my birthday a "special occasion for us. I can't remember the other lady's name who was at the desk Saturday & Sunday, but what a nice, warm, welcoming person ! Excellent hotel, close to Amtrak station, downtown, could not ask for anything better. Immaculate room, bathroom and kitchen. Even the amenities smell good. It is a good thing to have breakfast included in the price. Staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay there next time.

We enjoyed having an 8th floor view of fireworks from surrounding communities on Independence Day. The room was spotless and the bathroom very pretty. Comfy bed! The downstairs coffee bar was fantastic! We loved staying around the old buildings and next door to Proctors. One issue is the coupons (attached to the Groupon) for eateries didn't work during our stay....

Love this place. So comfortable, well laid out with a perfect bathroom. The staff will take great care of you esp Ruth at the desk. The elevator will put a smile on your face-it's old school. Not as fond of the parking area as they would like you to be. Went to see the lion king one Wednesday eve. Nice...
