Had a beautiful long weekend at the Springwater B&B for our anniversary. The inn keepers were very warm, friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by Leslie who was lovely, who escorted us to our beautifully appointed State Seal room. Wonderfully decorated, clean and cozy. Located just a short walk to downtown including historical museums, parks, bars and restaurants but far...

My brother and I went to stay at this B&B in order to get away from it all and just take a breather. Every staff member was gracious and so kind. We were in the Springwater suite and talk about comfortable! We felt like we were at home. We can't thank everyone there enough for making it such a fun...

We discovered the Springwater about 10 years ago. There is no better location for horse racing--across the street from the prestigious Reading Room, a block from the Museum of Racing, and a pleasant walk to the track. The morning breakfast prepared by innkeeper Leslie is worth the price of the room, serving homemade muffins and a gourmet breakfast using local...

We had an amazing weekend at Springwater Bed & Breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted by Leslie, who is just as charming as this quaint B&B. Our room, State Seal Spring Room was beautifully decorated with a private bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub with the jets - Awesome! We had breakfast on the porch with the fireplace...

This Bed and Breakfast is simply lovely. Very welcoming atmosphere with individuals who take pride in their hospitality. Stayed in a suite that is stocked with pretty much everything you would want if you wanted to do your own thing or postpone that option to take advantage of the delicious breakfasts! We enjoyed the homemade ginger snaps waiting for us...

Stayed in the Polaris room. The room was quaint and comfortable and the bathroom was HUGE!. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the conversation was interesting. Wished the stay was a little longer so that we could enjoy the balcony of our room. Would recommend this bed and breakfast to friends and family.

We spent one night on our way to VT and found it to be one of the nicest B&Bs we've encountered! Friendly & accessible staff upon check-in, graciously-appointed Congress Spring Room with fabulous walk-in shower in private bath, super clean & delicious breakfast to boot! Quiet street and lovely gardens with water feature. I'm sometimes not comfortable staying on a...

We spent one night here as a stopover on our way to Maine. We definitely lucked out with our choice of accommodations in Saratoga Springs. We stayed in a building separate from the main house. Our room, called the Adirondack room, was situated above the Brooke Tavern restaurant. The room was absolutely spotless with a very comfortable bed in a...
