My daughter and I stayed two nights at The Red Hook Country Inn during the 2020 July 4th holiday weekend. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Pat, the host, was on the front porch and greeted us warmly. She immediately stopped what she was doing to show us the room. Everything was clean, which we were very aware of, as this was the first time we traveled since the CoronaVirus. Each morning Nabil, the co-host, cooked and served us a wonderful breakfast with coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and toast. As it was the holiday weekend, Pat invited us and all the other inn guests to a cook-out on Sunday evening. It was amazing - grilled chicken, regular burgers, veggie burgers, corn cob, salads, deviled eggs, home-made iced tea and more. I ate until I was completely stuffed and then the desserts came out - homemade cookies and pies and even home-made ice cream ! Incredible. Pat and Nabil are so generous. It was obvious they truly love being hosts at their inn. They made my daughter and I feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you Pat and Nabil for giving us such a great July 4th cook-out.

I had a much needed break from my fast-paced life at the Red Hook Inn. From the moment I walked through the front door to the moment I checked out, I was enchanted and delighted! A roaring fire greeted and cheered me in the front room's beautiful fireplace. The attention to every little detail and the total cleanliness of the entire Inn was refreshing. The plush bathrobe waiting for me in my bathroom and the beautifully appointed and well-designed bedroom was an absolute pleasure. I lost track of time and left rejuvenated and relaxed, not to mention extremely well fed by the Inn's world-class chef, Nabil, and his charming wife, Pat, owners of the Inn. If you need a break or a "re-charge", check out this beautiful hidden gem in the breathtaking countryside East of the Catskills in the Hudson Valley.

We stayed at the Red Hook Country Inn in Mid October while visiting our son at Bard College. The location was perfect for us, right in the cute little town of Red Hook, NY. The house was very clean, the room and bed were very comfortable, and the owners Pat and Nabil were friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the breakfast which was creatively prepared by Nabil, he will accommodate any dietary restrictions that you have. Parking is available on the side an rear of the property. You can book online but we called to ask which room would best suit our needs. The price seemed a bit high but similar to other options in the area, there was a big sheep and wool festival going on in nearby Rhinebeck that weekend. You can tell that the owners really care for this house and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this property.

I have stayed at The Red Hook Country Inn twice. The Innkeepers Pat & Nabil are warm and welcoming. Their main focus is to make sure you are comfortable, very well fed (excellent breakfasts) and feel welcome. They achieved all of the above. The bed and linens were excellent and the ambience of the antique inn was inviting. The coffee and tea station in the common area was great to have after a long day out. An evening cup of tea was a relaxing way to end each day. There is also a small fridge in the common area to put your doggie bag or a snack. Two evenings out of three there was a plate stacked high with home baked cookies welcoming guests back to the Inn. There was also a hot crock of apple cider in the entry hall! The food and service at breakfast is excellent. Chef Nabil always has a special for breakfast but will cook a personally requested order with a big smile. One special was Eggs Hollandaise in at least 3 forms (one with mushrooms for those who don't want meat). Another breakfast special was a stuffed croissant with scrambled eggs, feta, tomato and avocado. We enjoyed the large, hot breakfast that was served quickly and that helped fuel our bellies for a busy day ahead. And there is an unending supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of juices. And I must not forget the fresh fruit salad, homemade danish and the offering of a large bowl of whole fruit (take one for the road). Thank you Pat and Nabil for making our stay memorable.

My room at the Red Hook Country Inn was very comfortable and convenient. I could park my car in the inn’s lot. The hosts, Pat and Nabil were so friendly and attentive and made sure my stay was pleasant. It seemed as though I had known them for a long time, when, in fact, I had just met them. Breakfasts were delicious and copious. Nabil is a wonderful cook - his poached eggs were done to perfection.
