Stayed in one of the 3 bedroom cottages that are available for rent. It was adequately equipped with full sized fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and typical for cottages a mix of cutlery, pot, pans, mugs, glassware and dishes. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen helped keep the air moving. There is no A/C. The units are... More

The most amazing and relaxing vacation spot. If you are into fishing and hiking this is your type of venu. This is an amazing place and the cabins are very quante. It is like glorified camping with a roof and bathroom, so bbqs are a must and stargazing is incredible! The perfect getaway from the city life! If you have... More

We have come to Marine Village for 8 years. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. If you are looking for a place where you can relax, make friends, enjoy your family, turn off your cell phone and computer and just step back to a time when vacations were about being together instead of constant entertainment,... We have a week-long reunion every summer at Marine Village. Eight siblings and families fly and drive in from all over the USA. It is perfect. The cabins are comfortable and clean. Swimming, tennis, boating, biking, grilling, touristing. We all find something to enjoy.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to SUNY Plattsburgh. A little bit out of town but so much better than a stuffy chain hotel. Two adults, two teenagers, it could not have been more ideal for our needs. Wished we could have stayed longer - maybe we will next time.

I've found this property on the web and booked it for the weekend stay. Overall the houses are simple, comfortable, equipped with all basic staff, lit bit dirty. The landscape is nice, there is an access to the beach and to the docks, playground for kids, tennis court. We were satisfied, but one simple thing may ruin the whole vacations............the... Visited Marine Village in the end of September 2011 for a long weekend. It was off-season. The 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area make this an economical choice for families. Our cottage was on the waterfront offering a great view of Lake Champlain. The interior has a basic, somewhat dated finish, but our unit was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is... More

We enjoyed our stay very much, the family got together every year and had a wonderful time, the cottages our very neat and clean and roomy. A beuatiful view, very relaxing. Good place to get together with family, or a romantic getaway. We stopped going a few years ago because the price is to high, it just keeps going up... More

Our family booked 3 cottages for a family reunion in August, 2008, and we couldn't have been happier. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids happy (ages 5-14) including a playground area, fishing ponds, and a swimming area with a small slide and dive platform. We also saw many people riding their bikes around the area. The cottages... More
