From the water or Bud decision upon check-in, to the relaxed and welcoming staff - this place made a quick anniversary getaway something special. The staff were very knowledgeable on local food choices and did not steer us wrong. One of our favorite parts of the stay was playing cards in the converted garage - front desk area at night....

Great area to visit, and Phoenicia Diner down the road a must. Unfortunately, Graham & Co offered us a complimentary upgrade, then charged our credit card after the fact (awaiting response from management). Staff were unhelpful and disinterested in guests. Suggest trying the B&B in Phoenicia or other options in the area.

This hotel is very minimalist. It is a re-done motel and it is very stylish and mod looking. There are no TVs in the rooms which I was nervous about because I usually sleep with the TV on, but it was actually pretty nice to not watch TV for a few days. We stayed for 2 nights. The place is...

Though the pictures on the website look lovely, the facility itself is, at the end of the day, a motel. And not a nice one. The rooms were freezing, incredibly sparsely decorated and there were almost no amenities (no fridge, no TV, no hair dryer, and extremely poor lighting...and they never cleaned the room or changed our sheets/towels!) For what...

My husband and I booked a weekend here after having it on our bucket list for years. Arrival wasn't an issue, and even though it was stated that the office isn't open after 8pm, someone stayed to check us in when we arrived around 9:30. At check-in you are given your choice of beer or bottled water. We reserved the...

We stayed at the graham & co for four nights as part of our honeymoon. We quickly learned that it was a getaway for Brooklynites, and we were amongst the very few who were not from NY. The whole concept for the hotel is brilliant - a converted "luxury motel" that really works! Our room was spacious and clean, and...

A super cute revamped motel, like a hipster's dream of staying in the catskills. In fact, I think during both visits (one in June 2013 and one in Oct of 2014) I met only people from the city, more specifically Brooklyn. That said, I loved staying here both times, so much so that I have booked another stay this November....

This was the 2nd year I have stayed at The Graham & Co and can't wait to go back again next year. The small hotel has a modern yet rustic to feel to it that you will love if you like simplicity. The staff are welcoming, will help give you directions, tips where to eat, light the bonfire early if...

I agree with Jason S - I don't know why this place works - but I loved it. We often vacation at a little spot in Mexico with 8 rooms and communal meals and this felt like a similar vibe to us but without the forced communal meals it was both easier (could keep to ourselves) and harder (it's hard...

Second year in a row a large group of college friends; 45+ in age, have gathered here for a weekend away. This place just works as a communal hotel in which you can leave the city behind and just got "lost" in the Catskills for a few days. Almost zero cell coverage; but with great WIFI, sort of leaves you...
