We stayed in a few properties in Santorini and this was by far our favourite. It was so much so that we stayed here for a couple of weeks. We stayed in multiple rooms here: Junior Suite; Superior Double room; the suite; Pantelia Suite with hot tube; Double room. The floors in the rooms is mainly tiled with a rough surface which is good as other hotels had marble which was dangerous when wet. Each time we checked into a new room we got a lovely bottle of Santorini wine. We loved all of the rooms however our least favourite was the double room as it was small and had an echo with a view into the courtyard and not very private. The bathroom was very large however a bit dark with not much natural light. The noise traveled from the bathroom into the bedroom. It had a nice size fridge and sink. There was 2 different double rooms and ours was in the corner. Perhaps the one at the end is a bit better? Neither have direct view of the caldera but you can walk upstairs to the common area for a view. The Pantelia suite with hot tub was of course fantastic and the best room. It had plenty of room inside the room, lots of windows and light with amazing views of the caldera. The furniture was light colours and airy. It had a nice sink/fridge and counter area. The large private balcony was nice and of course the hot tub. However the hot tub felt a bit dangerous getting into and out of as the steps are high and it gets slippy when wet...so we used lots of towels when getting in and out. The hot tub pump also made a little noise at night but we noticed after we checked out it looked like they had engineers in to repair the hot tub pump?. The shower was nice but the shower fixtures were a bit tired/broken. Overall it was the best room and great time there. Then we enjoyed the Suite room. This was very cute and had a large room with a nice little kitchen area (no cooking) to the side. Even though the furniture was dark wood - it was big enough that it looked light. The kitchen chairs were blue and cute. The bathroom was also nice and airy. From the bed there was a nice view directly out to the caldera. There was a little private balcony area across from this room which was also great. Then our next favourites was a draw between the Superior suite and the Junior suite for different reasons. The superior suite had a nice view out of a smallish window of the caldera. However the outside table and chairs are next to the entrance of the Pantelia hot tub room. The fridge was very small compared to the other rooms and more of a tiny mini bar fridge as oppose to a normal half fridge in the other rooms. The bathroom was enormous with a huge circular bath which we didn't really use and it had no natural light into it which was a pity. The toilet seat was chipped in this room and unsteady. However the view from the room was still nice. The junior suite was enormous with a separate little courtyard away from everyone - so great for privacy and a private entrance to go in and out onto the footpath. It had 2 bathrooms, one which was very big - although dark due to no windows...i hope they paint it white in future to brigthen. It had a separate living space from the bedroom. The bedroom was large but the bed itself was awkward to get in and out as it was made on a large wooden platform and not very comfortable which was a pity and i hope they eventually put a normal bed in this room. The living space had 2 nice size sofa bed chairs and these were comfortable beds. There was also a large dining table and chairs. The downside is that there was not a direct view over the caldera and it required going to the communal area upstairs to see it. However this room had lots of space which made up for it. Next the staff were amazing. Illios brought us our breakfast every morning direct to our room and laid it out nicely on our table. There was so much tasty food. The cleaners were also very good at their job and must have spent about 45 mins per room cleaning them (we were there during covid). The 2 guys at reception were also very nice. I only used the pool a handful of times as we were there September - October but nice to have. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Very central to the bars and restaurants in Fira. However it is tucked away and doesnt get any load noises. The supermarket is also not too far away and perfect to stock the fridge up with beer. We could rent a car and park it overnight in a public car park which was also walking distance. The reception also got us good rate taxi's compared to other hotels like Anteliz suites which ripped us off. As we stayed a couple of weeks here we managed to book the later part of our trip directly with the hotel for a better rate...however we stayed in Sept-Oct. This was a home from home and I would recommend Pantelia over any of the other hotels in all of Santorini. It had character and lovely staff. We loved our stay here so much

My husband I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We made our reservation in 2019 and were unable to come in 2020 because of Covid. The hotel allowed us to rebook a year later. We stayed in the Superior double room. The room with the bed was small but the bathroom was huge with a large tub. The highlight of the room was the private balcony overlooking the caldera. The view was breathtaking. We had breakfast which was delicious and always on time every morning on the balcony. We also watched the sunset nightly too. The staff were outstanding. Giannis and George were very helpful to us. George even assisted us with our early morning (4:30) checkout. He walked us to where we met the transportation and waited until they picked us up! This hotel rates as one of the best ones we have ever stayed at. If we return to Fira we will definitely stay there.

We stayed for 4 nights after a tour. From the first step onto the property, we were treated with respect and amazing service. Our suite was spacious and offered several bathrooms and very interesting 'nooks and crannies'. The hotel is small and provides excellent individual attention. The daily breakfast was very good and delivered to our room/terrace promptly at the requested time. The managers on site were always available for questions and to arrange any service we needed. The views from the terrace were incredible. The suite was cleaned daily and the towels refreshed daily. One day, the staff folded the towel into a flower and placed fresh flowers in the towel arrangement. Even though this was a very simple gesture, it shows the extent of attention to detail and desire to delight the guests during our entire visit. This hotel will be one that we remember as 'one of the best' of our lifetime.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was excellent and attentive. We are a family of four with little children. Elias was beyond amazing, down to earth, and very aware of how families operate while on vacation. He staggered our breakfast bringing coffee for the adults and breakfast at a time of our choosing when the kids got up. It is an 8 room hotel and the premises are spotless and in an ideal location with one of the best village style restaurants a stone throw away on the corner. Our house keeping staff was equally amazing and down to earth. Many thanks to everyone that made us feel like a part of their family. We will return without a doubt.

Our experience at this hotel was 10/10. Service: We had exceptional service here from everyone including the manager Giannis. The only hiccup was on initial arrival when I couldn't get inside the hotel (apparently the door can be opened from the outside which I didn't know about) and the manager wasn't there when I arrived. Everything afterwards ran smoothly. My bf actually proposed during the trip and he had arranged for what I thought was a regular photoshoot on our hotel balcony when he popped the question. One of the hotel employees spent about 30 minutes just taking photos of us and after our engagement, the manager even brought us champagne! We were also given complimentary car hire to take us to the airport when we checked out. The property: We stayed in the junior suite which was a big space with very spacious bathroom and we had the shared terrace and private balcony around the pool (though we never actually used the balcony area). We didn't mind the shared terrace at all as there's really only one other couple using it and the space was big. The view from the terrace is amazing and it's where we had our breakfast each morning. Location: This hotel is ideally located in the heart of Fira but a bit to the side so it's not loud at all. There's also a nice restaurant next door called Naoussa with breathtaking calderra views.
