We had a wonderful stay. All the friendly and loving staff. We ate very well. Everything perfect, clean and fragrant. Quiet location with stunning views. The most beautiful hotel in Santorini. I hope to came to Lilium. Thanks very much . Max & Jess
When you book a hotel online you hope the description and photos are accurate. The Lilium Hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are meticulously maintained. Our standard room was large and airy with high ceilings and a balcony with stunning views of the Aegean. However, the hotels biggest asset in my opinion is the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They took time to answer our questions and arrange dinner reservations. Their shuttle was invaluable and we used it every day. My only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. I would go back.
Wow! We reserved the Lilium Grand Suite and the room was exactly like the photos. Beautiful view, modern and comfortable furnishings, large balcony with a perfect sized hot tub for two. The double shower was a nice touch and there is plenty of space to unpack your things. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. The pool area with the infinity pool, hot tub and regular pool has a peaceful vibe. The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff provides excellent and friendly service. They arranged many rides around the island for us and took care of all of our needs. The Lilium is in a quiet area of the island which requires a drive to pretty much everything, but drivers were always available quickly. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the Lilium! Don’t hesitate, book it! …
My favourite hotel in Santorini, one of my favourite hotels ever. My partner and I have visited Lilium for 3 consecutive years, and it has been consistently wonderful. The hotel is stunning with an unparalleled sunset view, but the people are what made it the most beautiful. We absolutely love the staff, they’re so lovely. They make your stay extra special. Lilium runs shuttles into Fira which is perfect for days out or drinks and dinner. Alternatively rent a car and ask reception for all their recommendations - they really helped is discover some of the lesser known parts of Santorini. Couldn’t recommend Lilium enough and can’t wait to return. Ianthe & Tom
I stayed for four days with my wife in Santorini Liliun hotel as a part of Greece tour itinerary. It was excellent choice by the agency. We asked for a sea view room and we got a nice room with an open porch overlooking the water and the Caldera. The view was incredible especially when watching the sunset while sitting at the room porch or if venturing down some steps where you can see the cliff side as well. I saw no lack of rave reviews when I checked the hotel online before my trip. After my stay I could see that reviews were well deserved. The front desk ladies; Maria, Dimitra, Kathrina, and Konstantina, were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They are a good representation for the hotel. There were many steps leading to our sea view room and we had large suitcases so we needed help with the luggage. Once we checked in, hotel staff took care of putting the luggage in our room. The same help was provided when we checked out. We really appreciated this. The room itself was spacious and spotless clean with comfortable bed and all the amenities. The breakfast was fantastic and served in the hotel restaurant by a nice staff. We liked the scheduled shuttle service to and from Fira town where the driver drops you at a specific location by a supermarket there and may pick you up from the same place. Needless to say we loved the hotel and we enjoyed our stay.…
This is a review for Lilium Homes. I won’t go into detail of the villas (which were exceptional and the property is fairly new) but what really made the difference is George, the property manager. He was attentive to us even before arriving and helped us navigate the curry through out our stay. He is the factor that really made difference and took it to another level.
The hotel is as advertised. Fantastic views over the caldera, phenomenal staff who is doing everything to make you happy and ensure your stay is memorable. The pool area is gorgeous! Hotel is Very clean with attention to details. Only caveat…. Try not to get the 200 rooms. They are closed to the street and it can be very noisy at night…. We were a family group of 15 and those with rooms in the 400 area slept better, but had more steps to take. Also, be aware that the hotel is about 2km out of Fira. The advantage is that you are not in the middle of the noisy nights of Fira or Oia… however need car, or shuttle to get to Fira or other places Can walk but the walk is not the best on the island I highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!
From the minute we arrived, the team at Lilium were so incredibly welcoming and friendly, very helpful giving us information on the island and offering to organise any excursions and meals out at restaurants for us. Every member of staff here down to the cleaners were outstanding and meticulous about their jobs. The restaurant food here was first class and the table service was second to none, professional, attentive and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in Santorini, we had a wonderful time at Lilium, Steve & Laura x
We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and did not want to leave! All the staff was incredibly hospitable, the room was gorgeous, and the view was incredible. Breakfast was delivered to your room every morning, and the restaurant was so good we went back several times for dinner. A shuttle was available to take you to and from Fira which was so convenient. Truly an unforgettable stay, I can’t recommend this place enough.
I've traveled to over 18 countries, and I can confidently say that I have never received better service than the one I received at Lilium. I visited in March 2022 with my family. Starting with our arrival, the reception is extremely welcoming and helpful. They answered all of our questions and took the time to explain the available excursions as well as give an overview of the island. From the hotel you get gorgeous, uninterrupted, panoramic views of the caldera, volcano, and skaros rock. Rooms are large, clean, and very well kept. Infinity pool is gorgeous (and one of the few open pools on the island in the shoulder season). But I save the best for last: the restaurant!!! Despite the plethora of restaurants available on the island, we found ourselves going back to the Lilium restaurant/bar between our island adventures for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were some of the warmest people my family and I have ever met. Not to mention that the flavor and presentation of both the food and the drinks were spectacular. They made my 24th birthday one to remember! I would recommend Lilium to anyone visiting Santorini, and my family and I certainly hope to return very soon!…
