Of all the B&B's and boutique hotels in which I've stayed over the years, this one is the most beautifully situated (on a cliff overlooking the caldera in Fira, Santorini, Greece) and handsomely appointed: simple, tasteful, comfortable. And the views from one's room or the adjoining terrace are absolutely spectacular. Exceptionally well run and maintained, with a cordial staff --...

This is equivalent to a reasonable price and quality hotel, clean and tidy room, located on the top floor of the room in front of a private seating area can enjoy the volcano view and a hearty breakfast! Staff friendly and eager to help! But the only drawback was our room bed, it'd made some noise and made me feel...

Had we known to ask for upper level rooms with views we would have done so. First floor has no views, is noisy and do not get dark. The room itself was large and spacy, but had dated furniture, although linen was clean. The bathroom was not a good design at all and the shower sprayed water everywhere, with a...

We had wonderful 5 night stay here in a caldera view room. We were welcomed by Constantina and given a run down on the island with maps and recommended places to eat etc. She also confirmed our airport transfer for our departure. Rooms are large and the hotel couldn't be better located right in the heart of Fira without lots...

As a taxi took my mom and I to our hotel, we were accompanied with a few strangers along the ride. Each of them getting dropped off at not so "Santorinish" destinations. We became concerned as the island didn't look that pretty. But as the driver drove us to our hotel in Fira, we soon recognized the beauty. As most...

We arrived by ferry, and took a taxi to the hotel, which cost approximately 16 euro and took 20 minutes. When we arrived, Konstantina greeted us and gave us a fantastic crash course on the island, including recommended restaurants and attractions. She showed us to our room, which was on the main floor, and unfortunately didn't have a view of...

We stayed for 3 nights and were made so welcome with an introductory tour of the facilities and a brief talk about the island and places to visit which were marked on a map. Breakfast served on the terrace was splendid and the room was clean and very comfortable. I cannot fault it in any way

We have enjoyed 3 nights at the Theoxenia Hotel and felt quite at home. Konstantina welcomed us and marked on a map the places to visit and recommended restaurant. We had a large room which had a separate sitting area and we could have enjoyed time on the large balcony area outside our room but it was very windy while...

The hotel is in a very convenient location...steps to shopping and restaurants. We stayed on the rooftop with a beautiful terrace overlooking the caldera. Gorgeous view with an amazing breakfast to match!! Enjoyed breakfast served on the terrace as Fira slowly came alive in the morning. Konstantina was genuinely interested in making our stay smooth and went above and beyond....

We had only planned to stay here one night - but felt so comfortable and "at home" that we stayed for the rest of the week. All rooms have a spectacular view so you can't go wrong whichever you choose. We loved having a breakfast tray bought to our room - usually there was more than we could eat so...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Boutique design, center location and quality rooms for this small and cosy B&B. Conveniently close to all banks, taxis, bus station and with magnificent view, is a definite choice for a few days in Santorini. Just 9 rooms, bathtubs, sofas, metal frame beds, an outside refreshing hot tub (summer) with view for six people and excellent views, this hotel has to be booked as earlier as possible, due to limited room availability.
