We had the most amazing time at the Panorama Boutique hotel!!! The sunset views from the balcony were simply stunning, and beat by a mile having to queue up in Fira to try to find a place to watch the sunset. Truly worth every penny. We had breakfast on the balcony one day in our bath robes, which was so much fun. The room itself was also great - the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure (a rarity these days when travelling!). The pool was also unbeatable - fantastic views, great cocktails and fun vibes. We spent two of our days down there, and it was worth the number of stairs to get to! Staff were also lovely and helpful :) Breakfast was delicious, and we loved that there was a buffet AND a la carte included in the price of the stay. The location was GREAT - right in the centre of everything. So many restaurants, shops etc. just a few metres from the hotel doorstep. Only one or two minor bugbears (only issues given the price of the room, but really everything else was great): - Wifi in the room was pretty poor. We were on level 2, and had to rely on our data most of the time. - Walls were pretty thin, especially around the door to the room. We could hear almost everything up on the street, which could be quite loud late at night But these are little things compared to the amazing experience we had here!

We stayed at Panorama Boutique hotel for 4 nights and I could not complement this hotel enough! It was a surprise for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we were welcomed by a bottle of Prosecco in the room with unbelievable views from our balcony. It’s simply a heaven on earth! The room was spotless clean, and also spotlessly cleaned every day! Not only we had our towels cleaned but also robes changed every day! Even we were given fresh slippers every day! This is a truly 5 star service! Reception staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was at the V lounge rooftop area and it was the best breakfast we ever had! Delicious food and coffees, fresh juices and breathtaking views! I wish I could already come back and we definitely will be back! The location of this hotel is great as it is in centre of Fira, everywhere is super close but also we’ve got the best views on the caldera! Definitely truly recommend ❤️

From the moment Spiros genuinely welcomed us at reception- this was special. Best reception we’ve encountered in a very long time (there was also a lovely N Zealand lady) - both helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Welcome wine in room, was a nice touch. Compact room, but so clean, king size bed very good comfort wise, and nothing short of spectacular views. The view from the room and balcony was second to none. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in any hotel, on any Greek island. Maria was the great host and the choice was superb, loved the eggs Benedict and the full farmhouse breakfast. It’s a journey, ie steps and lifts to get to pool area. Very small, so get there early, but very good. Overall, on a ‘difficult and challenging’ month long multi Island hopping trip, this was the best hotel, with the best team and customer/guest service.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Fira. Spectacular views of the sea from your room and the excellent restaurant at breakfast start your day in a perfect way. The staff were committed to ensuring our stay was memorable - from bringing our luggage from our drop off point near the hotel to taking it back for our departure. Flavia, the experienced manager at the front desk sets the standard for making us feel welcome and accommodating our requests throughout our stay! One tip - if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool (there are a lot of others things to do) you should request a lower floor suite. However, elevators make access to the pool very reasonable. You will never be disappointed if you stay here.

We are senior citizens and were looking to find a place where we didn't have to drag our luggage down and up numerous steps, and chose this for the elevator and it being centrally located. The room was fabulous with a balcony and a whirlpool tub looking out over the caldera. We loved that we could just step out of the hotel and be within steps of shopping, restaurants, cable car. and city bus to Oia.

So fortunate to stay here. Excellent location in the heart of France with well put together rooms and the best view in the house. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was delicious and lunch with drinks by the pool made for a most enjoyable afternoon. Would recommend to any of the couples I know to book it.

Absolutely stunning views of the caldera and volcano. Our room was on level 2 so offered a perfect view. Very comfortable room, spotless, the attention to detail is obvious in every corner. Newly decorated and perfectly decorated. The location is excellent in Fira, central, easy to access and close to everything- restaurant, shops, transport links. The breakfast is excellent - a la carte, many options - in the restaurant next door with an amazing view. The portions are huge so don’t order too much! I have checked many hotels in the area in preparation for this trip and this is the best option you can find in Fira. Some rooms have spa - book in advance if you want that because the hotel is quite small. The staff was very nice and friendly and the communication with the hotel pre check in was excellent. I won’t stay anywhere else in my future trips to Santorini.

Room Tip: Try to get the suites with the hot tubs. We left our booking too late and missed out.

This is my second time staying at Panorama Boutique Hotel. The Hotel is Perfectly located in Fira. It is literally near everything you need or want to be around, for example, shopping, restaurants, taxis, clubs, bars, buses, etc...Besides its location, Spiro at the reception area was helpful on every level. He was able to recommend fabulous restaurants, arranged for car service, made reservations for us. Every day we were there he came to work with a smile on his face and was willing to help us enjoy our vacation. We had two beautiful rooms next door to each other with spectacular views of the caldera. The rooms were spacious and had a nice seating area on the balcony. Whenever we needed anything, all we had to do was ask reception, and Spiro who was usually working made it happen. The breakfast was also fantastic with a beautiful view. Probably one of the best breakfast places in Santorini. Thank you for making our trip wonderful and memorable.
