Myself and a few friends travelled around greece in July and chose to stay here for our stay in Santorini. Luckily Santorini was a beautiful place as that's what made up for the disgraceful treatment we received from the owners of this hotel. Our group are easygoing, and wouldn't complain about accomodation, and as a group in early 20's we...

Me and my boyfriend had great time in Paros, Naxos and Amorgos. Sontorini was our last destination in a 14 days trip with 3 nights stay in "Villa" Murano. The owner waited for us in the reception and as soon as we arrived he shown me the booking paper and asked for the money. So fair dues to them they did pick us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel. Upon arrival we were ushered into reception and given a map of the island which wasn't very very helpful as we didn't want to explore the whole island only Thira. She then ask for the money upfront obviously before we went...

I have never received such a disrespectful and outrageous behaviour before. Those people know nothing about good manners and service quality. The problem we encountered made it painfully clear that these people should not belong in the tourism industry. Our room was broken into while we were away and not only did they not react as profesionals , but instead...

Upon pre-paying for our booking and arriving in Fira at 10pm, we phoned the hotel several times to get directions, as none of the locals knew the hotel or where it was. The owner did not pick up. After finally navigating the 25 minute walk ourselves (with luggage), we reached the hotel. No one was in the reception, there was...

Helpful staff. Organised our transfers to the airport and winery. Rooms and bathroom were spacious, beds comfy, best wifi we have had in Greece, air con and towels provided. Only negatives was the location was a bit far to the centre, only one shop close by for food and no kitchen facilities. Would recommend for a short stay in Thira...

We stayed at this hotel and was far from impressed. It's situated a little far from the main town but certainly walking distance. The rooms were clean when we are got there but aren't clean whilst your stay but are below average in my standards. The shower didn't get have a curtain on it and was very small . If...

We have been waited for an hour at the airport to be picked up without any prior notice from them. It is quite far from the bus stop and the town centre as well. The wifi is worst ever. I would not recommend this hotel to any travellers at all.

“Our room was a step to the pool but near the road where drivers could look over the wall (but not see the pool or sunbathers) & wave if you were standing. The upper floor had a terrace with a charming view, but further from the pool & also the road. Your choice which is the better!”
