Just returned from 5 nights at the Astro Palace. A really great hotel in a good location. Very easy to walk into town. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. A big shout out to Costas for looking after us at breakfast and lunch. Really efficient and we so enjoyed his company.

You will not be disappointed booking this hotel! What an incredible experience at Astro Palace! Words. Will never be able to express my appreciation for the staff at this hotel. Everyone here made our wedding day and entire trip an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Fira town. It was wonderful being slightly outside of the town so it was quieter and we didn’t have people standing outside our room all day/night while we were relaxing. The amenities were exactly what we needed. The rooms were sleek and clean, showers were amazing, fresh towels and soaps daily. Cocktails at the pool were incredible, food was lovely, breakfast was better than we could’ve expected and very worthh having it included with the price. It saved us a lot of time and money throughout the days m. The hotel itself was amazing. What really shined though was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were given the best service we have ever experienced. We have been in the service industry for 20 years and have traveled many places and this hotel by far was the best hospitality service. We were treated like celebrities but also like family. We were so welcomed with genuine smiles and concern each day no matter the time. Concierge service was lovely, called and confirmed many excursions, transports, and recommendations were lovely. Hope was the first person to welcome us and started our experience off amazing. Many recommendations and made us feel at home immediately. She was so kind and knowledgeable while also being very professional and representing the hotel and brand exceptionally. Kostas! Another INCREDIBLE staff member. He smiled the whole time we were at the hotel, shared our excitement in our wedding day and biggest moments. His energy was infectious and we couldn’t help but have an amazing time when he was around. Did I mention that he RAN everywhere?!? He was soooooo fast bringing room service and lunches and made sure that he was the most efficient that he could possibly be. We never waited for anything. He is one of the hardest workers and kindest we have ever met. He also makes some incredible cocktails. We were so lucky to have met him. Marylena, Ana Maria, Dorthy, you were all so accommodating and shared so many surprises for us including the photos I will add below. You allowed us to use a room for a small time to allow my husband and I to get ready separately on our wedding day, and gave us so many upgrades and champagne surprises. Wow. I know that many other staff were involved as well and I am so sorry if I didn’t remember everyone by name. The housekeepers, those behind the scenes cooking the food, you were all so amazing as well and we would love for you to know that we appreciate you. The spa services by Stella and Maria were also incredible and my husbands first ever massage. He is hooked now and the hearts and candles that you surprised us with was an amazing part of our very first day. Thank you for your amazing services. Anyone who visits the hotel please be sure to add a spa service because it will be well worth it!!!!! For everyone that shared our first look at Astro Palace, thank you. We had an amazing stay at Astro Palace hotel, from the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. They recommend places to visit and helped plan/book anything we needed. They provided a free shuttle bus into Thira town every day, with the drivers always being friendly and suggesting restaurants. Our room was beautiful, we had a private pool and jacuzzi. Our room was spotlessly clean, and was cleaned every day. They even provided clean towels everyday on our sunbeds. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Santorini

I’m writing this laying by pool as we go home tomorrow sadly. This hotel has been amazing we travelled as family of 6 and 1 baby. The staff couldn’t of been more welcoming or done enough for us to ensure we are happy. Kostos at the bar is always smiling and running around to help us. Nothing was ever to much trouble. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were here for a wedding and they all asked when we got back how it was and your treated like friends. The food is amazing the lunch menu was beautiful. The hotel it’s self is stunning and the views are amazing. 10 min walk from Fira and everyday we walked up to see the sunset. A lot of cruise ships come in so wouldn’t definitely recommend booking meals either with reception or go up to town to book. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be sad to leave.…

Fantastic hotel. We visited in June, there were plenty of places to sit and relax and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff were all really friendly, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We were given a warm welcome by the reception staff and Dorothy with plenty of suggestions of places to visit and good restaurants. Costas the barman was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the room was simple and elegant. We had our own pool which gave us a really lovely place to relax, but even if you don’t have that, the main pool is beautiful. Wonderful views around the hotel down to the sea and a short walk into the centre for an abundance of restaurants and shops, the hotel is in a perfect location. We had dinner in the wine cellar one evening, the hotel team went to such an effort to create a memorable evening. The food was delicious. Definitely worth doing. This was a great hotel, Hope, Dorthoy, and the staff were very nice. There was great food and it was very very clean. The house keeper cleaned our room everyday and left little treats. I will definitely stay her again.

Stayed for 4 nights in a senior suite with outdoor hottub. Hotel was spotless constantly cleaning etc, staff excellent couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful. Room was beautiful and pool and poolside bar a pleasure to visit. Kosta was amazing he never stops and always has a smile on his face. Had a massage with Anna which was one of the best ever - highly recommend. Booked a boat trip through Reception - Angel Tours - fantastic day and sunset.

What an absolutely wonderful stay we had at the Astro Palace Lovely hotel. Lovely hotel. It’s the staff that makes this hotel special. Friendly and professional and from the moment we checked in until we left, they could not do enough for us. Costas is one of the best assets to this hotel. He was amazing ! So too was the lovely Dorothy and Maria. The bar staff were always helpful especially Olga and the food was very good. The rooms were immaculate and every morning Tattia would make beautiful towel art in our room. Santorini will always be one of the most beautiful places we have have ever visited. Michele & Mario

While visiting the Greek Islands, one stop was Santorini. The Astro Palace Hotel staff made us feel welcomed like we were VIPs! The spa staff was incredible. The couples massage with Stella and Deppy relaxed us immediately. Maria facilitated with the booking and checked on us to make sure we were having the vacation of our dreams. The hotel is a quick walk to the town of Fira but the hotel has a driver who was able to drop us off or pick us up if we needed a ride. We can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They really understand great service!

Stayed here at the end of June, the experience from when you walk through the door was exceptional. The staff are so lovely and friendly they can't do enough for you. Our room was spotless with loads of space and a private pool. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to Fira centre which is great for restaurants, shopping and a good night out if want one. I would totally recommend the Astro Palace you'll not be disappointed.
