VIP Suites is not really "a hotel" but rather a number of properties that book through a clearing office...the Tourist Office in Oia. And one doesn't know exactly where one will end up. We arrived about 9PM in Oia with a transfer arranged in advance by VIP. We had been quoted 25 Euros for the transfer but were asked to... More

I had the good fortune to stay at the Vip suites for few nights, and it was great. The weather was perfect, and just enough people to be fun and charming. Santorini is the Great place for couples as it is extremely romantic. We arrived late at night and our bags were carried down to our apartment which was not an easy... More

Those accomodations were absolutely first rate. Our one bedroom suite was spacious (unique in Santorini) with beautiful floors and a wonderful private patio looking out off of the caldera. The overall property was a like a sanctuary; well appointed, quiet and inviting. The view from our suite was breathtaking. We'd wake in the morning and you could see the Caldera from... More

Given all the mixed reviews I think it really is 'pot luck' as to which room you get and luckily we we were blessed with a room that was just stunning. We stayed in room #1 (rooms located near the sunset vantage point) and the room could not have been better. It was clean and the views from the room... More

I just returned from Greece and stayed at the VIP suites Oia. The suites are an extremely long, hilly walk to the end of Oia. The rooms were not insulated and the a/c could not keep up. The bed was not comfortable- the sheets did not wrap around the bed and there was no mattress cover, and so the sheets... More

For those of you looking for a Greek paradise, look no further than Vip suites. Absolute little gem hidden away and totally under-marketed.Central location, great decoration, magic view. Lets hope it stays that way for those of us who dont like to be swamped with cheesy package holidays crowds. Staff at the travel agency check in point at the bus terminal were... More

We stayed for our honeymoon and had a room where we could sit and watch the sunset every night from our terrace. Not the cleanest place we've ever stayed but they clean every day and provide new towels. The trek up to the main streets is a bit much sometimes but you get over it. The only bad thing was... More

This little hotel is located right on the sunset point in famous oia sunset. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in a junior suite with balcony, directly overlooking the caldera. I am so glad we did and I highly recommend you splash out and pay a bit extra to get a room at this lovely boutique hotel -... More

So you're probably trying to decide on a reasonable hotel in Santorini and decided trip advisor is a trusted resource. I have found tripadvisor in the past to be such a place so after all the glowing views and breathtaking pictures, I booked with VIP Suites. BIG MISTAKE. I'll run through the good, bad and ugly...decide for yourself. Location: Excellent.... More

Dear NYjcy, We regret to hear your expectations were not met in our accommodation. We would like to clarify some facts of your comment. VIP Suites are private apartments located on the cliff, with amazing Caldera and the sea view. Our private apartments are located all over Oia village (different spots), different size and decoration, but with a common services... More

While the view is magnificent, the accommodations are far from it. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place. It's not really a hotel so much as a tourist agency that loans out some sub-par rooms. Our room was more of a moldy cave than anything else. The amenitites were best described as Spartan; we didn't even have a phone... More
