We had a meal last October 2015, really enjoyed it so when we returned to Capestang, we returned to Le Relais. It was so enjoyable that we ate there three times during the week. It is good rustic food, at a reasonable price. Monday to Thursday they offer a set menu for 13euros 4 courses and wine - a real...

We went here twice during our one week stay in Capestang, so it shows that we enjoyed it! On both occasions we ate from the set menu - it was really good value for money, (included wine), and the food was great. The service is very friendly; the waitress was chatty and friendly, and enjoyed a joke! We had two...

We a have eaten at Le Relais a number of times. It is not fancy. The interior dining room very nice; the service is excellent and the food is good. That says it all! We like the fact that we can get something to eat at almost any time of day.

Service was great, they made an exception to my diet and I bet you can't finish the plate of food they bring! Known for being a truck stop with good simply foods, if you are very hungry, this is your restaurant.

The outside is scruffy but the inside dining room is exactly like they used to be 40 years ago. I am sure it is full with locals on a Saturday night. The food is also like that. We skipped the 12 euro menu du jour and had the four course menu for 20 euros. Goats cheese salad, lamb chops/ fillets...

We stayed here on a cycling trip recently and it was, like most of the other places, a welcome stay. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint was that the room was a little small and, due to the sounds outside, a little noisy. Dogs barked, bells chimed, cocks crowed. But it was very...

Great place for a bit to eat. The food is excellent and the portions large. Service with a smile. Away from the main square in Capestang. Have never stayed at the hotel only came for food. Reasonable prices for a family of five. Look forward to returning in 2015.

Found by chance on our bike ride from Nice to Bordeaux, We stumbled in at lunch time exhausted, starving and looking mankey after wild hammocking from Nice. The formule menu 12.90 euro was superb including a carafe of wine. The restaurant/hotel has rooms 39, 49 and 59 euros. We went for the 39er which was very clean and fresh smelling...

I think most previous posters have summed Le Relais Bleu up quite correctly.30 years ago there were thousands of this style hotel all around France but the Accor chain have driven them out of business. The food here is excellent, its 4 courses for 14 Euros on the house menu. The house wine is great and the ambience is superb. Its always busy...

On the main route to Beziers, this is a rather run-down establishment in need of a good dose of TLC, but the owners have been there 17 years, so it's unlikely to happen. The people are friendly enough and the rooms are clean, but it's motel/hostel standard accommodation, with none of the usual touches you expect even at modest prices....
