Room very nice. Shower was not as expected, but ok . Very comfortable would definitely stay again. The social club was not open which we were counting on however the hotel gave us complimentary breakfast. Not the same but at least it was offered
Nice place to stop on the way to where you are headed. No big thrills. However, the beds were comfortable. The concierge staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and history. Food was good at the restaurant.
Average stay, but a great location within a brisk walk to Niagara Falls. A few restaurants are close by and the casino and convention center are also close by. Bed was comfy enough, and everything was clean.
Hotel was very clean. We loved the hotel scenting used there and wish we knew what it was to use it in our home. We were a little disappointed so much at Niagra Falls Park was closed for the season. It was nice that the hotel has a covered walkway to the casino across the street. The Canada side was only a few minutes away were we enjoyed shopping dining and entertainment. We also took advantage of the duty free shop. We would recommend visiting Niagra Falls in the late spring or summer as we were hit by a Northeastern blizzard.
This is a very nice hotel, very convenient to the American and Canadian falls and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Very friendly staff. I recommend.
The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The pool is amazing and I enjoyed the arcade. I was a little disappointed that the Torrent restaurant wasn't open. The staff was very professional and friendly.
Hotel is only a 7 minute walk to the falls and a 2 minute walk to the Casino. Parking here was twenty dollars but that gave you access to come and go as much as you want during your stay. So it was worth paying. The hotels decor was very modern and clean looking. Our room was very nice along with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was roomy. We really enjoyed the Pool that has a 7' deep end and a 3' area. The two hot tubs were very nice also! The whole pool area looked like a beach with astro turf and palm trees along with a large saltwater tank and a small reef pool you could look in. Definitely a great place for kids and families.
Everything was nice except for the draft around the heater under the window--that needs fixing, although it was a bit like having an open window cracked open so I did actually like the fresh air! (albeit, energy inefficient!) Also, the false (fire) alarm at 1:30am was no fun but, at least I can say I've had that first time experience now in a hotel!..?
Stayed at this hotel last minute booking. The hotel has a nice lobby, and the hallways are done very nice. It has several aquarium/fish tanks in different locations, and the pool area has several sitting options, and a man made reef where children can view fish swim.
Very good hotel, comfortable bed, attentive front desk and housekeeping charge. The only disappointment was the only breakfast available was at Starbucks. We enjoyed our dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. It was very convenient to the conference center.
