Hotel's Favourite
Highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Niagara Falls. Located directly across the street from the park made it so convenient. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast bar was a great start to the day.

This is a beautifully located hotel. If your crossing the rainbow bridge by foot it’s literally a 5 mins walk. We had a river facing room, which if your staying whilst the fireworks are showing (8pm Fri & Sat during our stay) it is perfect to see them. Room and bathroom were very clean and beds were comfortable. Only negative the air conditioning is noisy so unless you are a heavy sleeper avoid putting it on for bedtime. Complimentary breakfast is a nice little bonus, you can expect a small hot offering (was egg, sausage and Herbie potatoes whilst we stayed here), fresh whole fruit, make your own waffles/toast, cereal and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Clean, quiet - great beds, 4 pillows per bed, awesome! And, for any tall people like me, the shower head is near 7' high. No crouching to take a shower, yay! The soap ledge is at waist height. Love it! Breakfast was more than decent, so was the WIFI. No complaints at all, a rare hotel visit.

the hotel was great and the front desk staff was super helpful. Christine (front desk clerk) went above and beyond to make our trip a success while we stayed in Niagara Falls as it was our first trip there. our room was super spacious and clean - excellent handicap access and highly satisfied with the handicap suite. i would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend stay near the Falls as it is 2500 feet located beside the NY side of Niagara Falls. breakfast was a great variety as my family and i enjoyed it to start our day. overall we had a wonderful experience!

Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful; breakfast was average (waffles were good). Mattress and pillows not top notch, but not bad. Just wanted someplace clean and close to the falls. Location is amazing - right across from the falls!!!

So Glad we chose Comfort Inn at the Pointe for our Niagra Falls Trip. We were very happy with the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the room. the front desk staff were very cordial and helpful. The location was fabulous allowing us to walk to Niagra Falls Park and was convenient to restaurants and food trucks on the next street over.

Over all was a nice place. Very close to the falls we walked to them every time we went. Room was nice. To me the biggest problem was the carpeting through out, especially the hallways. It was very dirty and should of been replaced a long time ago.

This hotel is a GREAT location and just a walk across the street to the falls. Parking is right at the hotel and have staff watching the parking lot. Rooms were a decent size and we would definitely stay again and tell our friends about it.

Location is perfect and within walking distance of everything you want to do close to the falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay - nothing too special. It had the typical things but lacked bagels and peanut butter. Not a big deal. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
