Everything was top-notch! The staff were friendly and helpful ( Shout out to Krea for helping us add an extra night on a heavily booked date ❤️.). The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding! We look forward to staying again the next time we visit Niagara.
Very friendly staff. Easy to get to from the Buffalo Niagara Falls Airport. Location is convenient to Rainbow bridge and Canada side of the Fall. It is a 5 min walk to the American side of the Falls.
The price was good the hotel is nice room was big. Pool was good breakfast was good. Desk attendance were nice. The only complaint is that they didn't do the room we stayed from Friday to Sunday and nobody went and change the lines and give us more towels but everything else was wonderful especially the bed thy were so comfortable
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel itself is not in a great location, however, it is close enough to Niagra Falls to walk it. Parking on site seems to be ample, although we went when it was not full. The complimentary breakfast was on time and the selection was OK. The amenities are adequate, and the gym and pool areas are clean. If I had to pick three things to pick on...the parking spaces are a little on the small side and the AC unit in the room didn't seem to work properly .... but maybe I just didn't know how to set it and lastly the fruit selection at breakfast was limited. Overall, very enjoyable stay.
We booked two rooms in advance through the hotel's website for an overnight stay with a request that the rooms be close together. When we checked in around 10 pm, tired and more than ready to settle in, the front desk clerk noticed our request and was more than accommodating. In order to put our party close together, she had to upgrade our king room to a king suite with living room, and, as it turned out, at a lower cost than the smaller room we had reserved. Thank you! What a great beginning! The hotel seemed brand new. The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary. My husband thought the pre-made omelette was tasty, and my daughter enjoyed her yogurt and choice of a variety of toppings: chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut, dried apricots, etc. I would have liked a better selection of fresh fruit - there were only bananas. The blueberry scones and brown sugar waffles were dry. But there were a variety of options, and the staff were topping up the hot items even five minutes before the end of breakfast. We'd stay here again.…
All of the amenities you can ask for (except a hot tub but you can't have everything). Very comfortable rooms (I hardly even had to adjust the thermostat). And convenient, free parking to walk to the Falls. I ended up staying well past the time I told them I would check out as I overslept, but I was not disturbed the whole time. There was no one actively at the front desk so waiting for someone was a chore. Beyond that I would stay here again.
I travel to the Niagara Falls NY area frequently. The Fairfield Inn has been my preferred property for several years. Over the past few years, the staff has continued to 'up' their game, consistently delivering better and better guest experiences. The hotel is in an excellent location (within walking distance of attractions), serves complimentary breakfast, and is one of the few properties in the area not charging a parking and/or destination fee. I stayed this past weekend and have zero complaints. The staff member working the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel's public areas were clean and well-maintained. The room was modern and comfortable. I am a stickler and highly critical when it comes to hotel room cleanliness. The Fairfield staff nailed it! I did not find a single discrepancy and trust me; I am one of those guests that looks hard. The staff members taking care of the breakfast service did a great job. They were friendly and worked to ensure the needs of all guests were satisfied. Please consider checking out the Fairfield Inn and Suites if you are traveling to the Niagara Falls NY area. The manager and staff have turned creating the optimal guest experience into an obsession and it shows.…
We stayed 3 nights. Hotel was clean, bed was a little on the soft side. We didn't swim but the pool looked nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Became a recent Marriott member after being a member of a competing chain for a decade. I'll be sticking with the competition. Even in my infancy with them, before I traveled enough to consider being a member anywhere, I never once paid for internet. I was disappointed. Of all the places to do the ball, something as inexpensive as WiFi is probably not the choice to make.
Very friendly staff and we like the breakfast. Will definitely come back! We arrived late and the night staff Lanura(I hope I remember her name correct) was very welcoming. Buffest breakfast was beyond what we were expecting.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, check in great. Desk clerks very friendly. Breakfast was just ok,food was cold coffee was good. A lot of noise on our floor from 1:00 to 3:00am sounded like a party in the hall.
