Hotel's Favourite
Stunning is all I can say! We had the pleasure of staying here in November. We stayed in the Victoria room since there were four of us. We were aware of the stairs so that wasn’t an issue for us. The room was more like an apartment! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. Not to mention the views! This inn was exactly what we were looking for. I wish we had more days to stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place full of charm. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

Our stay was more charming than I could have imagined . I was very impressed with our suite and I loved the view of the rapids. The ease of walking over to the park made the stay perfect. The restaurant was charming and the wood burning fire place had a wonderful fragrance, You immediately noticed coming in out of the snow. The staff was wonderful I hope to be back.

Our stay at the Red Coach was exceptional. Dezmond at the front desk got us all checked in and gave excellent recommendations. The restaurant was amazing! The staff even offered to prepare breakfast for us since we had an early departure. We cannot wait to come back in the summer!

I planned a trip to Niagara Falls with my boyfriend for an overnight stay just to get away and reset. I called to reserve the Nottingham Room the day before and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I paid extra for the romance package and they assured me everything would be set up by the time we arrived. We got into Niagara Falls a few hours before check in and just explored until 4pm. When we arrived to check in the staff was amazing. Our room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was so delicious and it was done very quickly. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever with our stay. The place is gorgeous and I will definitely be staying again!

It was better than expected. Great room, wonderful location. Water, champagne and snacks provided, and breakfast was great. The room was already set up with relaxing music being played on the radio. We couldn’t decide where to sleep she relax, by the fireplace or in the bed.

Ending a two night stay at Red Coach. We had a beautiful suite with a really comfortable bed, two couches, mini-fridge, gas fireplace, and all the other typical hotel amenities. Can see the rapids from our first floor window. But cant hear the roar of the river until you step outside. Hotel staff are exceptional. Our check in was easy and enjoyable. We were told of local sites and activities. Restaurant staff was the same with exceptional and pleasant service. Very accommodating to desires and wishes. Parking behind the hotel is free and easily accessible. Getting to all parts of the falls is simple. The American side is a short five minute walk. And maybe a 10 minute drive to the Canadian side (depends on how busy Customs is). We really have enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Red Coach. If you're looking for a better ambiance and something better than a cookie cutter hotel, this is a great place.…
