Oct. 1. After a great trip and seeing the beautiful Falls in the evening light, I crashed here - first Motel out. And a miracle place, but more of that later. Very nice guys who give a lot of service! The rooms are small, very period (and invite cluter, a dangerous thing if you only stay a night, off a motorbike),...

This is a cute retro motel which is a little bit careworn and dated. The rooms are a bit small by US standards, but this wasn’t a problem for us. A breakfast tray is provided along with a newspaper which I think is a nice touch. The room has the usual facilities:- flat screen TV, fridge and coffee maker and...

The hotel owner was exceptionally kind, helpful, and informative. The hotel owner even provided a ride to the falls. The room was rustic and very clean. The bathroom was nice. They provided a basket with fruit, muffins and a morning newspaper. I would definitely stay here again.

It is ok for a night! Had many pluses to include friendly staff an easy access to get to Niagara Falls and was close to a plaza and supermarket. The minus is that the room we stayed in was rustic with walls being dark paneling and one wall was stone looking. Great for a quick stay but not a 2...

If you have always wanted to stay in one of those cute little 1940’s motels that you see along the old main highways of the U.S., this may be your chance. Unless you're into cozy and willing to scrimp on space and modern decor to save considerable $$, this is not for you. We chose The Falls based on price...

As has been stated in other reviews of this site, it's not fancy schmancy. It's a basic room that is clean and comfortable. What puts this place at a 5 star rating for me is A) location/proximity to the falls, B) affordability and C) most definitely the customer service received by the owners! They were very kind and provided lots...

This motel is very outdated. Some fresh paint and caulking would go along way. The room was clean! Breakfast is an Otis Spunkmeyer packaged muffin and a bottle of water. The beds could use a little more cushion. Owners are really nice and accommodated our family of six. Very easy to get to the falls!

Booked a room for 6 people, was not very spacious but was comfortable. Old motel, cool owners to talk to, they guided us well and gave us tips for visiting the attractions. Would definitely visit again.

We were looking for a place to stay near the Falls, but away from downtown. The price and location was perfect. I read the reviews of other travellers... And I will pretty much repeat it. If you want a fancy room, pool & bellhops, pay $300+ per night and go elsewhere. If you are coming to tour Niagara, experience the...

After a tough time in new York finally with my family we felt at home. The motel is located on a principal road just in the middle between everything. 5 min to Niagara Falls 5 min to the outlets and malls It's owned to a family that is very helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 2 nights and we...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We offer quality accommodation with home style service our property belongs to yesteryear when the area was the destination for romantic getaways and family values. We aim to keep that tradition alive and want to ensure that you have a memorable stay when you come to the region. We are family owned and operated establishment living on the premises to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests. We have the modern conveniences like Cable TV Refrigerators and Coffee Tea making facilities in your room but we understand that you come here to see the sites not sit in a room. This enables us to give you a very competitive rate so you can spend your hard earned money on other things like eating out shopping or sight seeing. We do tend to fill up for the main tourist season as we are a small property of only fourteen rooms. This means there are no large crowds and we can offer that personal service you deserve. So we do suggest that you make your reservations as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. ... more   less
