Vacation with myself and two daughters (11 & 14). Check in was really easy and the gentlemen was friendly. The chocolate chip cookies at check in were amazing. My daughters loved the bathroom, particularly the stand up shower. 😂 Our room was a great size for us. What I loved about the hotel is when you walk to the back of the hotel, there is the path leading to the Falls. It was maybe 10min walk from hotel to the actual Falls. I can't really say bc we were always stopping to look around. Hotel has a restaurant and the hotel is close to other area restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back to this Hotel. It's in a great spot.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the free cookies. About a 15 minute walk to the falls, and within walking distance to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

When I arrive at the train station they were no taxis. So I contacted the hotel who arranged a taxi to pick me up. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Love the free Walnut cookies, food and drink was tasty and professional served. Only negative was the bar doesn’t serve cider.

The Double Tree hotels in NIagara Falls, NY, was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff were accommodating and friendly, the food was fabulous, and the shower stall was safe to get into and not slippery. The staffs provided amazing service and were very helpful. It was nice arriving to hot cookies especially after a long trip. I requested for toiletries and it was send over in a jiff. I was also upgraded to a room that was facing the river which was amazing. The room was also spacious and clean. I would recommend to turn on the water before you walk into the shower as I had to wait for a minute or so until the water gets warmer but other than that all was perfect. The area of the hotel itself is quiet and it took my around 10 mins or so to walk to the falls.

I highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton for your stay at Niagara Falls, NY! Every single staff member was fantastic and very helpful. Priacilla at the front desk was beyond helpful and mKlade check in so much easier! She is a gem! We relaxed in the hot tub while the kids enjoyed the pool. The fitness center has lots options for exercise equipment/weights. Dinner at the steakhouse was delicious, and Bill the bartender makes an incredible chocolate martini! The beds are very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our 2 night stay with our teenage children! We will be staying here from now on when we visit Niagara.

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and river view. The room was great. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing I would have changed is I would ask for higher floor. We stayed in room 325. View would have been better with higher vantage point. It was just a short 10 minute walk to the American Falls. Staff was wonderful! Gabby at front desk was awesome! Housekeeping, waitresses, front desk and even maintenance that I stopped in hallway and asked info while he was working were all so nice! We will definitely stay here again and will look for Doubletree hotels when we travel to other destinations! Big thumbs up Doubletree!

The Niagara Falls Doubletree was wonderful!! Modern hotel with rooms overlooking the Niagara River. Nice outdoor area that I'd love to try in warmer weather. The location is great! Very close to the Seneca Niagara Casino. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Liz at the Front Desk who was outstanding! Liz was very thorough at check-in explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions! The breakfast options were great and the buffet was perfect! I can't wait to go back to the Doubletree soon!
