I have made reservations randomly in the past for others visiting our home town, but only recently stayed there myself with several family members. It was rather last minute but was readily accommodated by Kimberlee, the owner. Because of the level of comfort created by the home, added to all the history of the home, it was a great place...

After an entire day of shopping at the Waterloo Outlets, the Vintage Gardens B & B was a restful and welcoming place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and delightful! My daughters have asked, "When can we go back to stay at Vintage Gardens?" The Inn was impeccably clean and Christmas decorations were beautiful! Hosts were friendly and gave great directions...

Vintage Gardens B&B is a homey, beautiful Victorian B&B. The owners Kimberlee and MIke are warm, hospitality and make you feel right at home. Breakfast is served daily and they are wonderful cooks. The rooms are large (larger than I thought) a few have private bath. The room amenties are the special touches that make this place even more special....

My partner and I stayed at this bed and breakfast a few months ago while visiting upstate New York. We are frequent visitors of B & B's and were drawn to the Vintage Gardens Bed and Breakfast because of their excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not the same as other guests who reviewed the property. We were greeted very...

I stayed here for two nights with my parents while we were visiting for a family event nearby. Our stay at Vintage Gardens was excellent and Kimberlee and Michael were lovely. We stayed in the two rooms that shared a bath which worked out perfectly for our needs. My bedroom was well appointed, spacious and the bed was very comfortable....

An elegant and comfortable home, with generous-sized rooms and a perfect park-like setting. Host is charming and helpful - and cooks a wonderful breakfast. Common spaces inside the house are welcoming, too.

We absolutely LOVED our 3-night stay in this gorgeous home. There were four of us on a family girls' outing to visit sites in nearby Palmyra, and so we took up half the house. There were flowers and food and interior design/details that will blow your mind, and Kimberlee made sure we had everything we needed and more. She took...

We spent one night there for a nearby high school graduation. The home was just terrific as were the grounds. Our hostess could not have been more engaging and accommodating. I've done a good deal of traveling and I prefer B&B's to hotels any day. I stayed in many and the Vintage Gardens is certainly a memorable spot for us...
