I rate it a B- because of the following - Updated room is good but not big enough compared to another resort I have stayed in. Service people are friendly and thorough however, because of the amount of turnover for the rooms when you stay for more then 2 days you will be getting service in late afternoon. Comes with...

We recently stayed at Royal Atlantic for 5 days.If anyone in family has any allergy issues this is not the place.Breakfast was included with stay. The restaurant in hotel was not helpful at all when asked about cooking procedures or ingredients being used in the food being served. When asked if something could be cooked separately was told they were to...

This hotel has a great location and a nice outdoor pool. Rooms need to be renovated. Our soap dish in the shower was being held on by duct tape. Mattress and sofa have seen better days! Towels are very thin. The pillows were disgusting. Breakfast is included, but service is very slow. You will be there over an hour for...

If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, this place is great. Most rooms have a kitchen! It can get very muggy though. Obviously rooms by the beach are better than the ones they have across the street. But all in all a good choice if you are looking to stay in beautiful Montauk. We have never...

For the money that this place charges, the service is HORRIBLE. I hope someone from the hotel reads this and contacts me. I would happily provide them with a laundry list of problems with this establishment. - You can't use the coffee pot and a blow dryer in the room at the same time because you will blow a fuse...

Royal Atlantic is conveniently located in town and right on the beach. They have a restaurant, heated pool, and bar (outside and inside), which is super convenient. The atmosphere is fun, and family-friendly. But the pool is WAY TOO HOT, it almost feels like a bath. It's also small for the amount of people that use it. The rooms themselves...

I have stayed many times at the Royal Atlantic over the years, and things don't change. I have stayed oceanfront, ocean view, and in the suites across the street from the beach as well as the condos years ago. This year it was ocean view. First, the good. Location is perfect. On the beach. Two pools (one on the beach...

This hotel is right on the water in Montauk. It is very busy and parking is nearly impossible. The rooms are very dated and lack many ammenities. A beautiful pool but no other things to keep you occupied. If all you want is to spend time in the pool or on the beach it is okay. You can walk to...

The noise level is unbelievable! The halls are lined with garbage from other guests who just leave all their trash and beach stuff in the hall. The walls are made of paper so ALL sounds can be heard. There is no one at the front desk to speak to. The room below us had the police called on them for...

This place is rough. "Designer decor" is a joke. But the real problem here is the front office staff. They are useless and rude. The funniest thing about them is they don't even try to hide it. You're wasting your time to even ask them a simple question. The one guy sits behind the desk playing on his phone and...
