We stayed here after our original hotel in Sedona turned out to be sub par, it was labor day weekend, there was one king suite left and the price was high, but it was worth it. The room was well equipped and spacious, the beds comfy and the view and sunrise was awesome. The gym and pool were great, we did a circuits class one morning which was well run and great fun. We were making Smores at the fire pits in the evening, we didn't eat in the hotel, but breakfast at the golf clubhouse next door was epic.
We had a beautiful four night stay at the Hilton Bell Rock. Very clean, comfortable room with a kitchen, sofa, fireplace, balcony, and bedroom with very comfortable king mattress. The food here is excellent; we loved the breakfast and pool side cafe. This area is just so nice. It is not downtown Sedona which is very tourist oriented with lots of t shirt shops, gift shops, and New Age shops. We are so glad we stayed in this area away from all the crowds. Plenty of good restaurants close by and lots of wonderful trails which we loved. The hotel is GREAT and the pool area is gorgeous with views of the mountains.
Restaurant hostess was rude. They didn’t clean our room. Neighbor room dog barking early morning while were still sleeping. Coffee maker is dirty.Customer service is poor. Front clerk is not helpful .
The Hilton staff went over and beyond form the moment we walked into the hotel. Ricardo welcomed us and offered us water and directed us to check in. Conner was always around in the morning to answer questions and show me the best sport for sunrise and Izzy was around during the day to answer my questions about clean towels and getting detergent for the washing machine. Photo: view from room 2041 / queen bed with Bell Rock View Note: blonde haired woman at excursion saw us standing at her booth, continued talking on the phone and never acknowledged us. Ricardo noticed this and ushered us over to the desk to help us. Needless to say Ricardo and Izzy took care of our needs.
I generally like Hilton, Hampton Inns have been great. This "resort" was really disappointing and I'm wishing we had stayed somewhere else. I'm disappointed that the "Red Rock View" room that I purposely chose and paid more for was a view of the parking lot, and that I chose the breakfast rate and it barely covered it for one morning (you get a small credit and then pay the difference, it was nonsense). I should've just paid the regular room rate, totally wasn't worth it. Our room didn't have the bathrobes it was supposed to, we had to ask for them. Basically no food available for room service, and the one time we did order just cheesecake we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves and for some reason, there was a $5 service fee - what service??? A resort should have the full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower instead of those tiny cheap single use ones. Couldn't enjoy the balcony because of the mosquitos, wish they had citronella or something available. Nothing about this felt like a resort or even like a nice hotel, I think I'll switch to Marriot or Airbnb in the future. The room looked nice and seemed clean, at least.…
Hilton Sedona came to our rescue. Marriott Element refused to resolve a security issue (room break in with a room access key) while we were visiting Sedona. We were forced to move hotels in the middle of our stay and Hilton Sedona came to our rescue. Not only did they make the experience pleasant, they went over and beyond to make our stay better. We enjoyed a full breakfast and a spa treatment. Thank you Hilton for understanding an urgent safety situation at Element Marriott and taking our new reservation realizing safety is priority in Sedona. We will be back as we visit Sedona often.
The shower floods, the ceiling leaks, clouds of dust make allergies 10x worse, and if the menu says maple syrup, you will only get high fructose corn syrup. Lies and dog sh*t. That’s what you get if you stay here
Prime location, clean, spacious, and inviting accommodation. Terrific Hilton property through and through. Close to all you need, golf, food, and activities. Looking forward to coming back for future stays!
My original room (3053) was infested with ants on our second day of our stay. It forced us to re-pack all our personal items and wait for a new room to be issued. Because of this, my entire second day of activities around Sedona had to be canceled. On our third day, my family continued to spend time going through all our personal items to rid ourselves of the ants that were now in our suitcases and bags. Because of this I lost 2 whole vacation days. I asked for a pro-rated refund for these two days but the hotel manager declined my request stating the best that could be done was upgrading our room from 3053 to 1088. While I appreciated the larger room, it still did not make up for 2 days of lost activities and cancellations I had to make. This was my 3rd stay in the last 8 years at Hilton Bell Rock. Least to say, while my first two stays were great, I am very disappointed with my third stay.…
Great location, great guest services. The restaurant in the hotel has great food and friendly staff who cares. I would definitely go back. The only thing I found was the pool was a little disappointing in regards to cleaninless.
