The three of us have had a wonderful stay! The hotel is well located, rooms are great and neat and the service of the staff is amazing. Through the reception my partner arranged a floral welcome which was very nice after the long flight from Amsterdam. The staff is really amazing to do such nice gestures when contacted through email!...

The night we arrived we learned that our 10-day reservation, made on booking.com (booooo), hadn't gone through and we had no room. Excellent management and friendly staff bent over backwards to sort the problem out for us, offering us hospitality in the meantime even though it was unlikely we would stay at their hotel. Eventually we could stay for the...

I was very pleased with this hotel in terms of price/ quality. The room was spacious enough to fit our luggage and still feel comfortable, extra large comfortable bed, clean bathroom, big tv, free breakfast (even though I did not get to try it). I was in NYC on November and stayed at a pricier hotel with the smallest rooms...

Just booked this hotel, because the one I booked previously (City View Inn in Queens) was a nightmare. Went there just looking for a replacement from the other ("Transylvania Castle"), and the front desk was very professional and quickly arranged the rooms for us. If I decided to stay again in Queens for visiting NYC, this will be the place....
