You won’t regret to stay in Long Island City. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, price was unbeatable. This Hyatt Place was cosey and easy to reach everywhere. 5 mins walk to 4 train stations for train 7, N, W, E, R and G. Only issue was the noisy neighbors. >_<. Remember

It was hard to understand why the staff at this particular Hyatt Place were so distant. The place did seem understaffed. I waited over 20 minutes for dinner that never arrived. When the front desk did interact with they were aloof and almost downright rude. No hello, welcome,

Not in the heart of NYC but in a business area of LIC. Hotel was practically new, rooms neat and VERY clean. Nice size rooms. Buffet breakfast included and very good (not gourmet but extremely good for free) --- self serve. Price per night was excellent -- around $110 -

Thank you for completing our Trip Advisor survey. We appreciate the great comments and glad you found our hotel to be ideal. LIC NY is certainly up and coming and many of our guests are tourists looking for better accommodations than NYC and with being only one stop away we are in the perfect location. I hope next time you stay we can earn a perfect score of 5

My apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred with your car. I assure you our lot is quite safe and this was an isolated incident. We have sent all surveillance videos to your insurance company and expect NYPD to follow up as well.

There should be an elevator at one of the exits. You should be able to consult the NYC subway system's website for confirmation.

We do have a small parking lot where you can park your car right behind the hotel. Parking is $20 plus tax per day but no in/out privileges as we cannot guarantee spots in our open lot. There is a garage right across the street as well (also no in/out privileges) that charges about $25 per day

The room I stayed in had a mini fridge. I’m not sure if different rooms have a full refrigerator in them.

I don’t know about the size of windows, but do not expect a view. You’re there to sleep, right?
