    Yes, depending on the type of watercraft. I saw canoeists entering from their sites.

    Do they have a fresh water fill point? So I don't need to tow my travel trailer full with water.

    They have water fill stations around the campground, but they are more for like filling up a water jug. The are spigots about 1 meter high located near the bathrooms.
