We love this place. The original lodge burned down years ago and it was restored to its original splendor. Beautiful wood burning fireplaces throughout. Have spent evenings on the outside porch with our personal fireplace sitting on theater chairs with wool blankets as our drinks...More
This is one of the nicest physical properties we have visited. All rooms are big and overlook the lake. They even have twice daily one hour boat tours of the lake. A Relaix and Chateau restaurant, Artisans, is on site as is the charming Maggie's...More

There is not a sandy beach, only about 1-2' of sand, but there is a grass lawn up to the lake, and you can get into the lake from the beach or from the dock. My 6YO had fun playing in the sand and rocks any way. There is... More
