The room and grounds were really cool. It felt like staying in a castle. The decor is more traditional and definitely Moroccan themed. Food was great. Pool area was relaxing. The view from the roof was great. Bed wasn't too comfortable. The shower was hot and water pressure was great.

We wish to know in what room you were, in order to see what is the problem of the bed and to repare or exchange it if necessary. Thanks.

Our room on the first floor was well furnished and nice decor and quiet. Beds were comfortable with nice warm blankets. We slept very well. Bath room was 'interesting'.... the shower didn't have great pressure, WiFi was good. Dinner, tangine, was excellent and served in a tent. It was husband's b'day and the manager brought in a bun I'd bought...

Really a nice place. Located in the center of town. It was really nice to come here, and find the rooms worm and nice, when it was rather cold outside. The beds was comfortable, and it was great with a worm nice shower. The food was good and simple, but that is just how I like it. .

Spent a night at this hotel. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Water pressure in the shower was great too! The staff were all very friendly. The lobby has a very nice room for socializing, internet connection, etc. Every request was met with us receiving whatever it was we needed. We had dinner in the restaurant. The curry dinner...

I'm going to try not to gush about this place but it's going to be difficult. I get starry eyed at historic Riads, but this is a real mud Kasbah that is in incredible repair and preservation. It also happens to have the hottest, best flow shower I've ever had in Morocco. Tomboctou is found down a series of streets...

This was one of the only hotels we stayed in where the room was warm and welcoming as the evenings were cold. We stayed in Marrakech room which has a seating area which could double as extra beds and was great for relaxing in. Plenty of hot water ( although we try to use as little as possible) and centrally...

Our room was a bit too crowded with furniture and "art", and rather dark. Wifi worked only around the pool, which is quite cold. The vegetarian briouants were delicious for dinner and a welcomed alternative to the daily taijine, brochettes or couscous meals.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rarely experienced a hotel in Morocco with so much attention to detail (e.g. sign on how to get hot water). It is a ~10-min walk from the center. Free wifi everywhere I went.

The hotel has an interesting decor and African arts. The staffs were very informative and helpful in providing all kinds of information. Najib - the chef - cooked excellent food!! You should eat there for sure. It definitely gave a safe feeling traveling there solo. I had a very early bus and they were very accommodative in providing the breakfast...

Room was nice (heating was too powerful though) and the common areas, in African theme, are very nice and well organised. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant because the food is not up to the level, the town offers more options. For the same reason be prepared for an easy to forget breakfast.
